Rooms are divided in 2 customer orienteted areas, Family and Relax area that provides the best experience for each visitor. Each room is fully equipped with the last technology that allow our clients to open the doors digitally, have a High Quality Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Safe, Minibar, Smart TV with Cromecast and the best comfortable mattresses.
Healthy is another pillar of our mission, therefore we have elaborate a full range of different dishes that combines all specialities with one common ingredient, the local products. Activities at Mynd are fab!
Loving the daily workshops that the Activities Team put on! The wine and art workshop was fab! Stina and Alba were lovely!!
My Lanzarote stay .
I travel to the canaries regularly and I’ve got to say I found this hotel excellent. Very pleased to see how eco friendly it was without compromising on quality. I’m not a big fan of buffet restaurants in the evening so the fact you can use that money behind the bar for drinks and snacks was brilliant, you don’t feel you have lost out by using other restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the resort itself to , the marina is beautiful, full of fantastic bars shops and restaurants. I will definitely return to this hotel .

Excellent stay with one downside
Excellent hotel. Only thing was we were interconnecting room but didn't need it and felt like our neighbours were in room with the noise. Excellent stay but last two days a lot people smoking beside kid pool .Lifeguard was wore out talking to them.

Great but could be better
Such a Lovely hotel with so much potential I feel like there is something for everyone in this hotel and it’s really nice but you can’t be to fussy, fantastic for kids and toddlers, room was ok made the mistake of booking a standard room so upgraded and we where in a fantastic location bed was very comfortable only downside was the bedding is only changed every 5 days not great when you have a toddler who’s jumped on the bed covered in sand or crumbs and was no option to have clean bedding, rooms are meant to be cleaned daily but they just make the beds and take the bin had to ask the cleaner to clean the floor as I have a toddler who snacks and drops crumbs I think this should be done anyway to prevent ants or provide a mop and dust pan and brush for guests so we can do it ourselves, breakfast was ok not great cheap ingredients/ mass produced stuff so nothing was fresh but it filled us up, the evening buffet looked awful so decided not to eat and the al a cart wasn’t nice either the waiter was rude and the vedgetables that came with the hummus where rotten and potatoes and vedge where stone cold, also the singers are very loud in the evening some of them would of been better suited at a funeral if you want to sleep early or have kids who won’t sleep through noise it’s not the right place for you and you can also hear every word of your neighbors but apart from that the place was pretty clean pools are fantastic except the floor is lethal when wet seen a few nasty accidents around the pool, stunning setting and a great location and the half board was great for drinks I just would not eat a evening meal or lunch there as there are much nicer restaurants in playa Blanca a short walk away staff where nice enough just a bit annoying couldn’t get a change of bedding or the floors cleaned daily and the food was not great but it wasn’t a very expensive holiday so it didn’t matter much we had the best location for the room ground floor near the park and pool I would come back and just know you can’t rely on the place to eat and try and keep toddlers out the room when eating as it’s a faff to have it cleaned
