Situated on the southern tip of Lanzarote, near the quiet town of Playa Blanca, Jardines del Sol is built in the style of a Spanish pueblo blanco, white village. Set amid well-manicured gardens, it features a heated outdoor pool and children's pool, mini golf and petanque. The air-conditioned bungalows feature a master bedroom with a well-appointed bathroom and en-suite shower room, spacious lounge and dining area and terrace.The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided.The on-site bar/restaurant offers a delicious menu of international dishes made with local produce where possible. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Playa Blanca's golden beaches, promenade and yacht marina are just a 25 minute walk away. Lanzarote Airport is a 35 minute walk away.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of the leisure centre and other resort facilities.

Poorly maintained villas and housekeeping once in 3 days more like air B&B and not a 4 star hotel.
We booke a 3 bedroom villa which had great views of the sea with very clean grounds. However the villa itself is in bad need of renovation. Broken windoe louvers so light comes through very early, diert floor tiles, toikers with black stains due to improper cleaning over years, poor kitchen utensils, beiken airconditionwrs that make loud him when switched on. They charge 2 euros for the pool towles which is pathetic and 1 euro to weigh the luggage and the house keeping is ine in 3 days and not everyday. Definitely not a 4 star but barely a 3 star property.

Holiday home in the sun
Great ,very well equipped villa’s. Family of 4. 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Villa consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with 2 bathrooms. A fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and even pegs for the washing line. Lots of space and lots of storage with a full wraparound terrace inc loungers. I took a video of the villa but it will not upload so apologies. This complex is eco friendly so there isn’t a daily maid service but you have a washing machine, should you need it to freshen up towels. You do get a few wash/dishwasher tablets. and the tap is filtered so you can drink from the tap and refill bottles etc. Basically everything you have at home but in the sun. The complex itself is well maintained and it is a good walk to the front but there is a taxi rank outside the complex if you can’t be bothered to walk. There’s a shop in the hotel further up the street on the right hand side but you can buy cheaper elsewhere if you have a hire car. The waterpark is close by. The onsite restaurant was good with reasonable prices with evening entertainment although nothing for children inc no inflatables in the pool. The pool is very accessible and has a glass partition around it as it’s close to the restaurant. Marina rubicon is a lovely place to go on an evening (I’ve inc a few pics) and some lovely eateries there too
Great Apartment - Superb Facilities
Superb accommodation. We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious, superb facilities and fantastically maintained. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster etc.
The Complex has a great pool area and poolside bar / restaurant. Staff in reception are extremely helpful and polite.
It is worth noting however that it is a good 15 -20 minute walk to the nearest resturaunts and bars at Play Flamingo (which also has a superb white sandy beach). It is probably a 35 minute walk to central Playa Blanca. There is a Taxi rank directly outside the hotel, with taxis coming and going all day. We didn't use them and preferred the walk.

Excellent resort
We booked one of the 4 bedroom villas for a group of 8 friends to celebrate some big birthdays.
The complex and villa are immaculately kept. The villa itself was spacious with enough sunbeds, outside seating etc for all of us and the beds were so comfortable!
The staff are all friendly especially those at Baily’s Bar.
Baily’s bar itself was lovely and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We watched the entertainment one evening which was also very good.
We would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect gateway
Fantastic place for family/friends holidays. We had absolutely amazing little villa, spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful patio with sunbeds. Few swimming pools in the resort, table tennis, pool and little restaurant opened from early morning to late evening. And the food was amazing and generous portions. The area very quiet and close to the beach. Definitely will be back again.
