Excellent stay
Currently on the last day of our holiday to Lanzarote as a group of 8 and we have had a wonderful experience. Despite an issue with air conditioning at the beginning, the hotel rectified it quickly enough and was fine from there. It's a very quiet place but plenty of people about to engage conversation with but never a battle for sunloungers etc. I quite liked the food and the addition of a cooked to order menu added to a small hot buffet, there was always something to eat and the restaurant always made my lad a cheese pizza which is all he eats. Pools were lovely and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Very happy with our holiday especially after a couple of iffy ones. Would come back even if it was for the huge bungalow - yes they're not brand new but they're functioning and you have an incredible little bungalow with an amazing balcony/terrace to enjoy. Probably up there with my favourite rooms I've had going away. Thank you to everyone for giving my family and my friends, who were on their first holiday away from UK, an amazing holiday.

Amazing hotel, no problem holiday
Amazing apartments, amazing staff amazing food no panic about the sunbeds in a great location absolutely fantastic holiday could not recommend this hotel enough
Peaceful, Pleasant Resort
Recently come back from Dream Bocayna Village, lanzarote. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. All areas were clean and tidy. We stayed in a Deluxe Bungalow and upon arrival had a little welcome pack which included cakes and water whish was a nice touch. Breakfast was great and had a good variety of options from a cooked breakfast to pastries. Although located away from the main area of Playa Blanca, it was a nice 30min walk along the seafront to the Rubicon Marina. Reception staff were helpful with arranging taxis, which arrived quickly and only cost around 5 euros. If you were looking for somewhere closer, there is a small shopping centre which had a Hyperdino, cafes and a few restaurants which was about a 5 minute walk away. Overall, highly recommend this resort.

Amazing relaxing Hotel
What an amazing holiday! We had a 2 bed deluxe bungalow, with large private terrace. All inclusive- The food was fantastic. Buffet breakfast and lunch . For dinner you could pick from the À la carte menu ( choice of 2 meat / 2 fish / 1 veggie) and / or the buffet. There was also the pool bar from which you could order chips / burger / hot dog.
The staff worked non stop, so friendly, polite and helpful. On our last night the barman made our girls special mocktails which he carved a swan from an apple to go on top! The views were lovely- looking out to Fuerteventura and sunrise behind the mountains.
The pool area was clean , tidy and so quiet. Always sun lounger available. There is no evening entertainment- however (partly why I chose this !) the bar plays music and has a pool table, there is lots of comfortable seats and nice relaxed feeling for families to play games / chat .
Definitely worth a visit and would recommend!

My Happy Place
2nd and not last visit to this little gem of a place! Nicole on reception is amazing so helpful and resolved our issue right away. All the reception staff are so helpful even when working in 30 degree plus inside temps! Please management get them air con lol I almost don’t want to tell anyone about the place to keep it secret haha the best accommodation and large terrace! Freindly waiters and cooks the food is rather nice I have to say I’m never disappointed big shout out to the chefs those à la carte meals are superb
