This bungalow complex lies in the outskirts of Playa Blanca fishing town. The town centre with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only 1.6 km away. Playa Flamingo sandy beach and the beach promenade are only 300 metres away. This establishment offers 196 bungalows and a one storey main building in a large garden of 80,000 sqm. Guests will find a reception, a bar and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a non-smoking area, a terrace and highchairs for children at this hotel. The tasteful bungalows include an integrated living room and bedroom with a kitchenette and a dining area with chairs and a table. There is a swimming pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar. A breakfast buffet is available to guests every morning.

Butlins
Took me back to the good old days at Butlins. Room was very nice well situated and easily got a sun bed which was great. This hotel is part inclusive beer was served in a plastic cup you would expect at a kids party. The eating experience took me back to the 1970’s at Butlins, the food was poor and the canteen was chaotic. It was good to be reminded how holidays were when a child. Long queues for drinks most of the time most people were getting double the amount as plastic cups were so small it made sense.

Believe the bad review
People saying ignore the bad reviews have clearly never been on an actual 4* holiday. One of the worst places we have been too by far. We looked at the reviews prior to coming & it genuinely made me not want to come here. To start, the reception team are unbelievably rude & unhelpful. For example, we asked to book a taxi and were given half arsed answers with regards to how long the taxi will take, rough cost for the taxi and before we could decide whether it was worth it, she told us to wait outside for it. Checking in itself took about 25 mins with the pace they work at and the eye rolls when you’re asking questions. The whole complex smells like sewage as well as the bedrooms. We had sht coming up the drains and into our shower. Our toilet as a whole was making a weird sound and we woke up the next day to our whole room flooded with sewage water, sht included. The water was up to our ankles. The issue was fixed but just put a downer on the rest of the holiday as we kept coming back to check it hadn’t happened again. The room itself is unsafe, I’d read reviews about break ins so we came prepared with extra padlocks and kept all our clothes and valuables locked away, we didn’t unpack at all. I can see why it happens, the doors are flimsy & don’t lock from the inside. One night we were asleep and the door just flew open without us realising. Luckily my husband was still out and he came back to wake me up to ask if I’d left it open. The rooms were cleaned however bedsheets were dirty, cockroaches flying out of nowhere. Food was shocking, stone cold, bland, we ended up walking to the marina to have at least one good meal a day. Flies in and around the buffet, birds constantly flying around to pick at your food while you’re eating. There was also a pipe that burst outside our room, we could only assume it was a sewage pipe cause it smelt so bad, we told reception who advised no contractors were available so we had that outside our room for the last 3 days. You can only use reusable cups around the pool which you have to pay for. If you don’t have them, you’re not having a drink unless you go to reception to again be greeted by unhelpful employees. I wouldn’t come back, I wouldn’t recommend, don’t waste your money!

Great holiday 😄
I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
We stayed for 10 nights, and from the moment we arrived, our experience was positive. Although we arrived late, a cold buffet was ready and waiting for us, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our room was clean and tidy, and the suites are huge, with two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has an open-air roof.
The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard to keep the rooms, toilets and communal areas spotless. I also noticed the pool being cleaned regularly.
The restaurant was excellent. I couldn't fault the food. There was always plenty of choice, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly, and tables were cleared quickly.
The animation team were lovely and worked tirelessly throughout our stay. They regularly came around the main pool to check in with guests, let everyone know about the activities on offer, and created a really friendly atmosphere.
The shows were great too. The greatest showman is definitely one to watch.
The reception staff were also very friendly and approachable.
One tip for anyone visiting: bring some white clothing, as Friday night is White Night.
We had a wonderful holiday, and everyone in our party said they would happily return. We all didn’t want to come home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Lovely hotel
We had a lovely holiday here, the rooms are a little tired but nothing to really complain about and they were always clean. You had the choice of pools one being quieter than the other, now that our children are a little older they preferred the quieter one. The little Waterslide area for children up to 8 looked good but as stated before ours are a little older. The food in the main restaurant was lovely always plenty of choice for all tastes. We didn’t know about the snack bar until our 3rd day but that was lovely once we’d found it. There was plenty to do for children like a kids club, high ropes, football and tennis courts. We only went to the night entertainment the one night because we were there over the World Cup but the greatest showman night was brilliant and in a lovely domed theatre type setting. You can tell plenty of thought has been put into the whole hotel. If I was going to pick a negative I would for us we would have liked it to be a little closer to the town which was a good 25min walk away. The beach was about 10 min walk away too. The only other thing I would say is when I’ve booked a package holiday I would expect whatever time the day you arrive the room should be ready and waiting for you because they should know what time you will be arriving. Waiting 1hr for the room after traveling all day wasn’t a good first impression especially when the luggage room was full and all we all wanted to do was jump in the pool to cool down. After our first night in the hotel it was forgotten and we had a lovely time. We probably wouldn’t go back but not because of a bad experience at the hotel just because there are too many other places to go. Some people love to go back to the same place again and again but we don’t having said that anyone booking to go will have a lovely time the staff are friendly, it’s clean and comfortable, the food is good and there is plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Pool was very slippery and gritty as you enter main pool was closed of one day and another was closed another day this was due to child having a accident didn't see any quick response any staff at all.
Atmosphere and the Animation team was great credit to the company I've worked many summer seasons abroad and the team was amazing interacting with all families making sure we was alright and making sure we knew what was on where and when
Room was very clean on arrival i opted out for my room to he clean as i had my own small villa and I dont make mess apart from 1 towel change.
Out of park Excursions was top notch the rancho texas was incredible amazing water park although again toddler/child's swimming area was very gritty. Some of the animal habitats was very small for the type of animal that was in there. Hopefully this gets sorted.
Timanfaya volcano This was a great tour no issues I think all should do this
Local area was about a ten minute walk from resort loads of bars and restaurants and gift shops
Probably won't visit again as I do not go back to the same place twice
