Wouldn't come back
Location is good, nice walk to beach, marina, shops, market etc Entertainment is twice a day, no entertainment staff, people hired in to play music etc. Room was 130, air con didnt work, plumber wired up cistern wrong and toilet was flushing boiling water every time, there was ants everywhere, sewage coming up shower drain. Had to move rooms, massive inconvenience! The area around pool is dirty, drink spillages from day/night before, bins over flowing, flies EVERYWHERE!! The flies got worse over the fortnight, they land on you, your stuff, drinks etc total nuisance. If the place was cleaner there might be less flies! Lifeguard removes towels from loungers but not every day unfortunately! Staff are nice well most of them. Room never got cleaned everyday, some days the bins never got emptied or floors mopped. Bed always got made though. Food is mediocre, too much fish, 1 night there was 5 fish dishes plus loads in cold buffet. Cold buffet osnt kept cold enough. Most of the stuff sits on stands on a cold slab so defeats the purpose really. Food isnt replenished quick enough so you find yourself hanging around for stuff. 1 wee woman is working on 3 bits at the 1 time, frying fresh meat and fish, serving food and carving meats....frustrating as food is cold by the time you sit down and she gets annoyed when you just help yourself which people are doing cause theyre fed up waiting! Would I come back.....NO! Far too many issues in 10 days.
Great Place to stay
First time staying at The White Suites,i must say it was class,everthing about it was just amazing,from the deluxe Suite ,Restaurant and Health Club ,So clean and staff so helpful and friendly,will definately be back.

I have just got back from 10 days at this hotel and my first time in Lanzarote and thought I would share some thoughts!
Honestly I cannot fault anything about this hotel! The rooms, staff and food were amazing and so lovely! There was two of us in the room and it was very spacious and comfortable which was lovely. We had our rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed nearly every day and beds changed about every three days.
The pool area was always kept really clean and tidy. We never once had issues with sun beds. We went to the market one day and got back around 1pm and we were able to get sun beds and an umbrella straightaway. There was always sun beds free throughout the day.
We couldn’t fault any of the food at the hotel. We were all inclusive and tended to eat breakfast and dinner at the main buffet but stayed at the pool bar for lunch which served burgers, nachos, falafel pittas, chicken wraps etc! We ate at the Italian restaurant on site but it wasn’t our favourite and we didn’t get what we ordered but apart from that the food was lovely.
Entertainment was amazing! Every evening they had entertainment which tended to be singers or musicians. It was a lovely atmosphere with people up dancing and singing along. Every couple of days they had activities / entertainment around the pool including musicians and aqua aerobics!
The location of the hotel is perfect, with a super market just across the road and your about 15 minute walk to the Marina and a 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca shops if you walk along the beach road!
Finally, we had the option to move hotels because of the refurbishments and were so glad we decided to stay with H10 White Suites! Throughout our 10 night stay we maybe max heard about 10 minutes of hammering or drilling and it didn’t ruin anything for us!
We will without a doubt return to this lovely hotel!
Wow Wow Wow ..Loved it
We arrived at the hotel around 11.30am ..The reception staff were really nice and friendly .had a glass of fizz on arrival .we were told that the room wasn't ready until about 3pm ..they gave us a call about 2pm ro say it was ready ..our cases were taken to our suite ..
Main bedroom with massive twin bed 🛌 and really comfortable..spacious bathroom .and a lounge. 2 tvs .had bbc1 and 2 .Itv and cannel 4 ..Air con in both the bedroom and the lounge .no complaints
Pool area was very well laid out with plenty of beds and umbrellas .the sun beds were padded and so so comfortable...you didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a bed ..there were plenty avaliable ..although if you left your bed unattended for more than 30 mins .there was a chance your towels would be moved..although it only happened once to us while we were at breakfast....what I did observe at the time is that there were 2 spanish ladies who were obviously regular guests .there towels were never touched despite one day when they were not at there beds for hours ...(one rule for all ,,). The pool area was always well laid out in the mornings..although it didn't appear that the actual floor area was washed very often ..The pool snack bar and the pool bar was very well stocked.and included premium brand spirits included ,none of the usual watered down local spirits normally served at resorts ..and all mixers were in bottles .Inc fever tree ,coke zero and normal coke .
As the days wore on the pool started to get bits of grit in the walk in section ..would have liked to seen that cleared away more regularly.
Food was really good especcialy the breakfast , although we only had coffee because the tea was not to our liking .to be fair non uk tea is not nice anywhere . plenty of choice every day ,in both the restaurant and snack bar .only one complaint from me, and a serious one in my opinion ..during kebab night I had the chicken kebab meat ..unfortuantly it wasn't cooked properly, and some of it was raw . I took it back to complain, and when I said it's raw , she said "you want some more ".I told guests relations the next day , but didn't feel that it was taken seriously enough . Went to the specialist restaurant and that food was excellent , although some fellow guests didn't like it
Evening entertainment was OK.mainly singers . on a small stage by the pool . .
Overall a lovely experience for me and my wife .it was nice quite and relaxing .the staff were lovely and friendly , and a big shout out to Manuel the waiter .lovely man .. We will deffinatly be coming back

Lovely hotel but avoid if you are under 30
Our recent stay was disappointing for several reasons. The hotel is located very close to a carnival, but we weren’t informed about it before our arrival. On top of that, there were ongoing renovations at the hotel, which also hadn’t been mentioned in advance.
We found the atmosphere to be quite judgmental, especially if you’re under 30 and simply want to relax and have a laugh around the pool. It felt like some regular guests were quick to complain to hotel management over the smallest things, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The most unbelievable part was having security knock on our door shortly after we checked in because guests staying below us complained about the noise of our suitcases as we unpacked. We weren’t being loud or disruptive—just settling into our room.
Overall, the lack of communication about the carnival and renovations, combined with the overly complaint-driven atmosphere, meant this wasn’t an enjoyable stay, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to return.
