My stay at H10
On arrival was asked to up grade for a few hundred euros to get full use of hotel which wish we had done know ,Nice clean hotel could do with a little up date (no air con ) ,food is same as any Spanish hotel what ever star rating hotel is , drinks are very slow at coming at meal time had a choice of 3 of there fancy restaurants but tried to book a meal on all 3 at different occasions but completely booked bit far on foot into town taxis are cheap though

Brlliant Hotel
Absolutely wonderful hotel, room near the massive, and I mean massive pool. Mikeys coffe shop, had a milkshake and also Ice cream coffee twice a day, and the food, what can I say, so much variety and very tasty, we have been twice so far, and mark my words will be going back
Fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca
We chose this hotel as have stayed in a H10 before and loved it. We took the privilege room and all I can say is so pleased we did. Room and views were excellent and the use of other restaurants was worth it. Loved the location as it was away from main port side of Playa Blanca. Special shout out to hard working Sandra in Blue Moon restaurant which was our favourite she was organised and worked hard with her team. Would return.
Thomas Holiday at Rubicon Horizons
This was our first visit to the hotel and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in a few hotels in Lanzarote and this was the best we stayed in.
The whole feel of the hotel was welcoming and friendly from the time we arrived to our last day. The staff were very helpful and polite and especially Abel and Carlos who were excellent the way they looked after us at the privilege pool.
There were many members of staff who really went over and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable but too many to mention.
The food was very good although a little samey at times but the quality was great.
The highlight was Mike's coffee bar which had a great selection of coffee's and coffee cocktails and managed to visit every day.
The entertainment was very good although we didn't go to all of the events the ones we did go and see were excellent.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return as soon as we are able to.

Asked to sign confidentiality agreement!
Very disappointing experience. Our room had small bugs, including ants crawling up the walls and getting into our personal belongings. We had to move rooms twice during our stay, completely disrupting our holiday! These were meant to be upgraded “privelge” rooms - definitely not worth the money!
To make matters worse, the hotel offered us €59 compensation on the condition that we sign a confidentiality agreement preventing us from sharing our experience. We were not allowed to keep a copy of the agreement and obviously did not sign it!
This was completely unacceptable and left us feeling that the hotel was more concerned with suppressing negative reviews than properly addressing the problems. It certainly makes you question how representative the positive TripAdvisor reviews are if guests are being asked to sign agreements not to disclose their experiences in return for compensation.
Would not recommend- definitely not a 5 star hotel!
