The room was great. The buffet had a fantastic selection for kids and was very tasty. The real adventure park was excellent, easily spent a whole day there and more.
The customer service was impeccable. Luis in Timafaya was brilliant. The staff are friendly and good with kids.
Would recommend.
We came here after getting married for a week in June as a family moon with our 2 children. We were so disappointed with our stay. When we arrived we were disappointed at the fact our children could not have access to the children’s slides unless we paid in each day €15 each which is extortionate considering the only thing extra is a few slides. We asked how much it would be to upgrade to the real adventure side as when staying in those rooms you get access to children’s area. It was €90 for the week which was obviously cheaper. They were not going to inform us of this and it just seems like a ploy to get extra money.. the whole hotel is very confusing. You have to scan qr codes at each bar to know what is included in all inclusive. If you ask a member of staff they just point to the qr code. Not to mention all 4 of us were violently ill for 3 days of our stay. We are 90% sure it was the food as our vegan friend who also stayed did not get ill but his wife did. Numerous times we seen cockroaches in the dining area and bugs and dirt came out of the coffee machine. We were completely dismissed when we approached the manager in dining room about this. We paid 3600 to come here last minute after getting married. What a waste it was.
The Entertainment team made this experience for our shy boys- they were so inclusive, encouraging and welcoming particularly Walter, James and Omar.
Rooms are really spacious and clean. Housekeeping do a great job everyday, although the view from our room wasn’t great as it overlooked a recycling centre.
In general the staff have been attentive and friendly. They always try to help as best they can.
There are some areas that let the hotel itself down. Whilst it has some fantastic facilities some of the communal areas are tired. Information and where to get it is not always obvious but if you ask you will always be pointed in the right direction. The food was fine but we found ourselves eating similar things each day/night as the theme nights didn’t change much of the offerings.
Our kids are 8 and 4 with the older one being a particularly fussy eater. They loved the whole holiday with the 8 year olds only complaint being the food.
Just arrived home after 2 weeks in this hotel. The hotel is stunning, everything you'd expect it to be. We initially booked a junior suite in the adventure side but upgraded to one of the larger suites upon arrival and it was worth the very reasonably priced charge. The room was unreal - we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for us. House keeping was meticulous each day.
The kids adored the dragon slide pool, the splash pad and the bigger pool in the adventure side. They also had a super time at the kids club. And we had the added bonus of no sunbed wars - the pool opens at 10am (slides at 11am) and if you went down at 10 you'd likely be the first person there - it really created the relaxing vibe.
The animation team are amazing, they work incredibly hard and the kids adore them. Mine loved the kids club in the mornings. The mini disco was on each night and the adult evening entertainment was really ramping up during our second week -the team really go the extra mile.
The only criticism I would have is that as a vegetarian the dinner options are quite limited. The food that was available was delicious, but there should be a hot veggie option each night that doesnt require you to eat from the kids buffet. You can scan a QR code and make requests to the kitchen and they will happily accommodate however I do enjoy the suprise of the buffet. Food labels are another issue - a little V symbol to confirm a veggie option would make it much easier.
Veggie limitations aside, I couldnt fault this hotel at all. We had an amazing, relaxing time here and would definitely return. Thanks so much to the entire team for such a fantastic holiday.
Brilliant Animation team amazing
