Dissatisfied, poorly treated,unhappy!!
Staff need retraining, manners cost nothing! Customers arriving at a 4star resort should be a priority NOT an inconvenience ,unfortunately this is how we were treated,won't EVER be back,very disappointed as looked such a nice place,staff really let it down!!!

Lovely relaxing stay
Very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Really relaxing holiday. We’ve stayed at the adults-only section of the hotel. Spotless clean and comfortable room, A/C great.
Enjoyed all our meals from the Mirador buffet restaurant and the Italian a la carte. Glass of cava a lovely touch and great singers/musicians every evening to listen to. There was something new and different to eat every night and we were very happy with the quality.
Taxi to Playa Blanca or Playa Dorada/Marina was cheap so eating out and getting back was also very easy. (Hotel provides shuttle service in the morning and afternoon).
Loved the spa usage being included with our room every day, and the minibar refill. Really good value for money to choose this option.
The staff are really nice and helpful, shout out to Chous and the ladies at the pool bar by the adult pool, great vibes and lots of fun.
It was great value for money and a very relaxing much needed break on a beautiful island. We will be back!

Fabulous holiday, great location, brilliant food
Fabulous facility, great pools and food. Rooms spacious and clean. You do have to queue for soft drinks etc but this did not dampen our experience. Great location to access a wide range of shops ( turn right when leaving main entrance then right again, walk down towards the beach, then turn left...not right as we did and you will find a multitude of resturants and shops) all just a 12min walk away qould definetly recommend and will return. Also from arriving at the airport and getting through the new security was 40mins despite the large queues and coming home was quicker.

Well it’s great place for the kids with lots to do but for adults it can be a bit stressful as it gets really busy

Looked a first class hotel when first arrived,staff okay hotel clean ,rooms tidy thought this was going to be a great holiday. Food did definatly not come up to the standard that I have had in other hotels within Playa Blanca area. Same old menu everyday food ,steak which was hit and miss if cooked same as the chicken ,not a lover of a fish looking at you ,I overheard a lot of holiday makers here complaning about the food and would not come back here , and trying to get a drink in the resterant was terrible ,you had to ask staff to get you a drink whether is was cordial ,water wine ,etc ,which would arrive when you were leaving your table. To hot to eat in the Dining area could do with some ceiling fans stop you becoming a bath of sweat eating your food
Hotel and pools were great ,but let down by the food .
