Great hotel for families
Had a lovely time at this hotel, the local area was lovely to explore, had a few good local shops & places to eat or a short drive to other towns which were great to see! The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The cleaners do an incredible job at keeping the hotel in perfect condition, our rooms were always left lovely! The hotel itself is also very clean and well kept! Once on our room it was very quiet, we didn’t hear any noise when the doors & windows were closed which was ideal as we were with our almost 4 month baby. Staff were lovely and very helpful if we needed anything. Good size fridge / freezer which was great! Lovely holiday, recommend!

Excellent overall
First time ever here and overall a very enjoyable 5 night stay. Lots of positives including a warm welcome on arrival, good sized 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed, excellent WiFi throughout the complex, very comfy beds, lovely pool area and no sunbed issues at all (can’t decide if this is because the hotel wasn’t full or they just have enough but either way, it’s nice not to have to set the alarm on holiday). Good cleaning service and it’s a few minute walk to the marina and we also enjoyed the 20 minute walk to Papayago for some great kayaking. A few suggested improvements might be to replace some of the parasols by the pool which are faulty, and improve the water pressure but the latter may be a Lanzarote issue and wasn’t a major problem. Yes there are building works nearby but we barely noticed them. Overall would highly recommend this complex and if we come to PB again we would definitely consider staying here again. We booked a package through Jet2 and everything was very good.

Amazing holiday
A lovely hotel. Always plenty of sunbeds any time of day. Staff all friendly. We travelled as a family of 3 with another family of 4. Perfect area with the marina on your doorstep. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to return.

Family Holiday - Lanzarote 2026
First time here and what a great experience. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. The rooms were of a good size and regularly cleaned. The pool was fantastic, perfectly clear and just the right temperature to counter the 30deg heat outside. The Gym was well equipped and air conditioned. Well placed for the Marina night life and restaurants, and the main beach front and bars not too far a walk. Definitely thinking about coming back for another stay next year.
Second time, just as good
Our family of 4 (kids 9&7) really enjoyed are stay last year at Cordial Marina so booked again for two weeks this year..again it was fantastic.
No rush for sunbeds, clean and tidy, with sizeable rooms.
In a great area close to the marina..by chance we had the exact same room as last time, overlooking the marina out of the back of the hotel, which was perfect. They also have rooms overlooking pool. I would again say 2nd floor is better.
My only real criticism this year is there was little effort put in by the entertainment girl to get people doing some activities. We appreciate that the motto of the hotel os quiet and relaxing, however last year they seemed to put a bit more on such as french bowls and darts, which we all enjoyed getting involved in.
Lifeguard is a top guy, always keeping an eye on pool and interacting with all the kids.
Noise from construction site over the road is hardly noticeable.
We will be back, probably next year.
