Built in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 96 apartments. It features Internet access and a car park. The air-conditioned restaurant is suited for children. There is a playground for kids available. The apartments are all equipped with a bathroom, an integrated living area, a separate bedroom or two bedrooms and a kitchenette with a fridge. Guests are offered to use an outdoor heated pool in winter and gym facilities. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a buffet, while lunch is a la carte. Beautiful hotel however building works is a huge drawback
Hotel is beautiful. Pool area is chilled, spacious, clean, safe and enough sun loungers to go round. Shop nearby so easy to pick up anything needed. Haven't came into much contact with staff but when we have they've been helpful and will call taxis when needed. Location next to marina is beautiful and lots of nice places to eat and drink. Area totally shuts down at midnight but feel safe enough walking home. Major issue which is very unfortunate is the noise from building works next door. We're on our last day today, have been allocated room 221, asked for a pool view (paid extra for this) but what wasn't specified is that it backed straight onto the building site. Can set your clock Mon-Fri 7:45am the machinery starts. No sound proofing at all. This is the first negative trip advisor I've did and I don't like doing this is business, however for anyone wanting a nice relaxing morning in a self catering hotel, this is not the room to have. Hotel really need to be clearer about exactly what rooms are affected by the building works, especially as we paid extra! Would come back, but will be after the building works are finished!
Great Hotel.
What a wonderful Hotel Cordial Marina is. All staff lovely and would especially like to commend Darlen on the Reception who was a lovely young lady always smiling and everytime she saw me would ask how I was and give me hugs she is a credit to the Hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, lovely full size fridge and freezer and comfy beds. Great pool and lots of sunbeds no fighting over them, Food for breakfast very good, lots of choices, plenty of fresh fruit and very good hot dishes. Everywhere was kept immaculately clean. The only complaint I have is we were on the first floor and were unfortunate to have very loud and noisey people above us which did spoil our holiday but saying that would definitely return and hope to get a second floor room. The Hotel is just behind the Marina and in a great spot for eating out on an evening, The noise from the construction site behind the Hotel did not bother us at all so don't lert that put you off going to this wonderful Hotel.
Perfect family break
Just returned after a lovely week's stay. Firstly, the current building work opposite the hotel had no affect on us although be prepared for them start work at 07:30. Recommended the B&B options as a good selection of food was available each morning and gluten free guests are catered for. Would be nice if the bar stayed open until late as these was a missed opportunity as I'm sure people would have liked to watch the world cup matches over a drink. Pool a good size and loungers always available. Apartment very good size, bed incredible comfortable. Already recommended this hotel to another family member.

Happy family holiday
Excellent apartments opposite the marina rubicon Very clean and comfortable apartment with full size fridge freezer and hob, microwave and fab walk in shower pool area plenty of beds and umbrellas no need to put towels to reserve , pool towels also provided, safe was 15 euros a week , snack bar closes at 5 pm but marina area 5 mins away ,also if u turn right from complex there are more bars and food places ,shops ten mins walk or walk even further 20 mins more places to eat,drink ,shop all staff at hotel friendly and work very hard to make a happy holiday also a supermarket 5 mins away
Great Hotel
Our second time at this lovely hotel. We went self catering - bed and breakfast is also available - which suited us as there are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Rubicon Marina is literally on your doorstep with so much to do. Playa Blanca town is about a 20 min walk away. There are also a couple of Super Dino supermarkets close by to stock up on your essentials. The rooms have a living area / kitchen with a smart tv along with a full size fridge, hob, microwave, sink, kettle, cutlery etc. Bathroom has a huge walk in shower. The other side of the room is the bedroom area with two twin beds with another smart tv on the wall. The pool area is kept to a very high standard, no need to reserve sunbeds as there were plenty available throughout the day. Nice little bar area that also serves snacks at lunchtime and the afternoons. There are building works next to the hotel but we found there to be no noise at all. Overall, we would highly recommend if you want a quiet, chilled holiday. Looking forward to returning in September!
