Nautilus Lanzarote is a 4 Star Tourist Apartment Complex located in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen, just five minutes from the sea, and 10 minutes by car from the airport. The Nautilus Lanzarote complex boasts two beautiful heated pools (one especially for children), an attractive garden area which counts with a mini golf, and 70 one and two-bedroomed apartments, 47 of which are adapted for wheelchair users. Most one bedroom adapted apartments are in the garden area of the complex, accessible by a sloped ramp with handrail. Our modern, light apartments each have their own furnished terrace with chairs, table, parasol and sun beds and an internal patio with a drying area. Within five minutes' walk you will reach: • The nearest beach, awarded with a Blue Flag. • The promenade – the longest in Europe - which stretches for kilometres and from where you can walk into the capital Arrecife (about 8 km) or into the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen (about 6 km). • A Shopping Centre featuring lots of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep comfortably
When we arrived we were quite happy with the look of the hotel unfortunately the reception staff are not great and are barely at the reception. We were shown where our apartment was and we were very pleased the rooms are spacious and we had everything we could need . Unfortunately the beds are disgraceful, they're like sleeping on a brick and my husband and I are in a lot of pain with our backs and hips . As I write this I have 3 more nights left here and honestly im dreading it . If we could afford it we would move hotel instantly. Ill never be back here

Brilliant brilliant, brilliant what more can I say. Staff friendly, breakfast made to order rooms clean, sun beds outside of room comfortable. The pool is relaxing, the hotel is central and 2 minutes from promenade and shops. New towels are needed in rooms as they are a bit old.
Wonderful holiday
Wonderful experience in excellent apartments and pool area.Ideal for people of a certain age or with mobility issues.Superb location close to shops , restaurants , beach etc.In ou opinion best self catering accommodation in the area and will be returning.

Five stars - already looking forward to going back
We had a wonderful stay at the Nautilus in Matagorda, staying in apartment 51. The 2 bed apartment was really spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family, and the beds were so comfortable - some of the best sleep we’ve had on holiday.
The location is peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we needed to properly switch off and relax. The pool was lovely, and the artwork throughout the hotel gave it a real sense of character - such a nice touch that made it feel different from your average hotel.
What really stood out was the staff - attentive, happy, and genuinely thoughtful. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and they’d left a cake and bottle of wine waiting in our room for us, which was such a kind surprise.
We would definitely return - a brilliant hotel from start to finish.

Peace & quiet.
The apartments were quiet when we visited in late June. The perfect place to relax & recharge our batteries. We arrived at lunchtime to find out that our apartments were ready instead of the usual 4pm check-in time - bonus!!
Very friendly staff. The apartments were cleaned every day except the last one, which was not an issue for us.
We paid extra for apartments with air conditioning, which was a blessing as the temperature was 30 degrees plus most days. The bedrooms had roof fans, which were also a blessing at night.
All in all a very enjoyable stay. We will return again.
