This beach apartment complex is situated in the cosmopolitan area of Costa Teguise. The complex enjoys a peaceful setting just 1000 metres from the beach and the heart of the resort. Guests will find a host of activities to avail of in the surrounding area including tennis, golf and water sports. Guests will find themselves within easy access of a delightful shopping centre and a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment blocks features a unique architectural style, complementing the unassuming natural beauty of the surroundings. The apartments are beautifully-appointed, offering a haven of peace and quiescence away from the bustle of daily life.

2 night stay
Had a 2 night stay here, and despite the reviews we were pleasantly surprised! Yes it is a bit further out of the way but a pleasant 20 (ish) walk towards the town.
We had a studio and it suited us perfectly. There isn’t any air con but you get a nice through breeze from the balcony
Staff were all friendly and attentive
It was ideal for a short break and would stay again if doing a similar trip
2 nice small pools and never any issue finding a sun bed!

Hidden Gem
This place is a hidden gem, if you don’t mind being away from the beach and town, it’s about a twenty minute walk to Lidl or any shop and about 40/50 mins to town we did at least 10000 steps a day so you really need to take into consideration position. There’s parking if you wanted to hire a car or they will call taxis at reception It’s immaculate, there are two small pools, and it’s so quiet really can’t fault it. There’s a bar with pizzas and pasta, pool tables Equipped kitchen and huge apartment perfectly comfy white sheeted double bed 🤍 tv with English channels and a completely private balcony in our case we had two. Will defo book here again
Relaxing solo holiday
Nice relaxing week, I stayed in the second block, I had a ground floor apartment and it was huge, spotlessly clean, with a nice comfy double bed, nice terrace to sit out and had the sun all day, pool nice, quiet and relaxing and kept clean, it is about 15 minute walk to playa bastion but they do have a free bus from around 11am and it returns around 4pm,i highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for something on a budget, I will happily return to tabaiba

Loved it here cant wait to come back
Loved it here. It was so clean didn't have any problems with bugs or ants anything like we have in other places we have stayed in the area. All of the staff were lovely the food is also good and reasonable priced so are the soft drinks not sure on alcohol as we dont drink. Life guard by the pool also water park a 5/10 minutes walk euro spar about a 15 minute walk plenty of parking outside if you hire a car.
Avoid if your planning on having fun
Hotel Tabaiba, Teguise – They called the police on us for talking
1/5 – Do NOT book if you’re a group or like to use your balcony at night
Came here with a hen group for 4 nights. We all checked in together, so it was obvious why we were here. At no point did staff mention the “silent hotel” rules.
The bad:
- No noise allowed on balconies at night – Told off for talking and laughing on our own balcony after 10pm. Then they rang the police who came and knocked on our door. For talking. On holiday. Let that sink in.
- No housekeeping for 4 nights – Zero cleaners, no fresh towels, and no loo rolls left. Had to go to reception to beg for toilet paper.
- Cockroaches – Hotel grounds were full of cockroaches every evening. Around the pool, paths, restaurant area.
- Zero atmosphere – Feels like you’re not allowed to have fun. Staff police noise like hawks.
If you want a silent retreat where the police get called for laughing and you don’t need towels, maybe you’ll like it. If you want to actually enjoy your holiday, avoid at all costs.
They should warn groups at check-in that it’s this strict with no cleaning. We wouldn’t have stayed if we’d known.
