Felt like a 5* rather than a 4*
Just got back from an amazing week at this hotel. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are fab and you have everything you need. Breakfast is so good with so much choice. Plenty of space to sunbathe and lots of pools to choose from. Some are colder than others but we found them refreshing. Staff are so friendly and the whole resort was super clean. Would definitely come back if we are next in Lanzarote.

Warm and friendly staff
From the welcome from Alejandra who booked us in and the gentleman who took our bags and gave us restaurant recommendations every staff member was friendly . Although given the option to pick a room in advance we took pot luck and were rewarded with room 436 which had a good view and for us ideal as not in direct sunlight in the afternoon. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel very clean.

Recent Stay
Excellent hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a Sea View, and the room was fantastic, with a wonderful view.
The staff were friendly and attentive throughout—from reception and the bar to housekeeping. The pool bar staff were especially friendly and deserve a special mention, and housekeeping kept our room spotless at all times.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. We’ll definitely be returning in July for a longer stay

Incredible welcome
Visited just for a day pass but was treated like Royalty! Jean-Carlos and the rest of the reception team were beyond helpful. Breakfast was included and we were welcomed into the restaurant like old friends. The choice of food was incredible, almost on par with some of the 5* Dubai hotels.
Spotless pool and common areas.
Would dearly love to come back for an actual stay.

Stunning!!
Absolutely stunning hotel. Stayed there years ago when it was Coronas Playa. Wow they have certainly improved on what was then a very nice hotel. We added the ‘Crown’ service but unfortunately couldn’t make full use of the ‘Maar Bar’ due to noise most days from a digger, replacing large pipes just outside the premises, this, according to employees of the hotel, they were unaware of beforehand. Breakfast was very good, evening meals ok, could always find something nice to eat, but the usual buffet style mix. Staff were very attentive and friendly, nice to see Nati again after all these years.
