This resort offers a total of 164 apartments and rooms. The resort stands out for being surrounded by gardens, two hetaed swimming pools, tennis court and gym. It also offers a large renovated pool bar where snacks and beverages are served throughout the day. A Buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a 24hour Reception and Free Wi Fi. Superb staff
3rd visit in the last 4 months to the oasis lanz . Staff on reception are excellent and could not be kinder . Rooms kept spotless and are modern and spacious . Breakfast was decent . Pools we never use as we go to beach everyday . Location is perfect for the main square and beach . Have already booked for next may would not stay anywhere else in Costa teguise . Superb hotel

4 YEARS AND NO BEATING THE OASISLANZ
Lee and Denise.We arrived Sun 23 Aug Room 205 Amazing.We came and stayed here 4 years ago and it wasn't to disappoint this time we came.Apartments were impeccable great shower and room was as expected, phenomenal. Maid service was great she was really friendly and cleaned our room to perfection. The pool, pool area and grounds were exceptionally clean.Everyday we saw Staff attending to the grounds.Reception staff were all so friendly.We were greeted with a glass of cava when we arrived and a big welcome. My son wanted to film a football match and they were happy to arrange how he could achieve this by sorting taxi's which they did and my son could film his match. Breakfast yes so amazing plenty of choice. Eggs cooked fresh in front of you, cooked choice continental choice,fruit,yogurts and pastries. All staff in restaurant were friendly and happy to help.We loved our stay here 4 years ago and it was just as good this time around.The Oasis lanz is 100%. Staff 100,Cleanliness 100% Breakfast100%. It is amazing to stay here.

First class
Had a great 9 night stay here last week. Everything first class from the moment we arrived. Apartment spotless and cleaned every day. Very central location but no noise at night. Pool bar snack very good and reception staff very helpful. Will definitely return

Air conditioning unit
4th visit to Oasis Lanz – unfortunately very disappointed this time
This was our 4th visit to Oasis Lanz, and we really do love this hotel, which is why we keep coming back. Sadly, this time we’ve had a very unpleasant experience with the air conditioning in room 234.
When we arrived, the air conditioning was showing “filter clean”, and you could visibly see dust sitting on the vents. I went to reception three times to ask for it to be sorted. It wasn’t until the third time that something seemed to have been done, as the warning was no longer flashing and the unit had stopped making the noise it had been making.
We were there for 7 days and only used the air conditioning twice because we were so concerned about the condition of it. Unfortunately, since coming home last night, both myself and my partner have become really poorly, with sore throats and coughs. Obviously we can’t say for certain what has caused this, but given the state of the air conditioning and the fact that it was left like that for several days, we are very concerned that it may have contributed.
It’s extremely disappointing, particularly as this is our 4th visit and we genuinely love Oasis Lanz. We really hope the hotel takes this seriously and checks and properly services the air conditioning in room 234, as leaving it in that condition for over 5 days is not acceptable.
Please, Oasis Lanz, sort the air conditioning properly so that future guests don’t have the same experience. Thank you.
