Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, safes, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Dining options offered within the complex include a café and a bar. Guests may park their cars in the hotel car park and use the minibus service to get to the beach. The apartments are equipped with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, a terrace. Each of the apartments is fully equipped as standard. In the outdoor complex, guests can enjoy the freshwater swimming pool and the sun terrace.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location was not an issue taxis are cheap and its a nice walk. Its is a quiet hotel with music on once a week Wednesday. The room we had was very spacious and modern with everything you could need. The only think i picked up on was lack of mirrors in the apartment only one in the bathroom and as a family of 5 the bathroom was busy. The room was cleaned 4 x while we were there towels and bedding changed. We did buy bleach and cleaning products for in-between. There was a dustpan, brush and mop with a bucket. The pool area was cleaned daily and all communal areas cleaned to a high standard. All the staff were lovely and we would definitely return. We have stayed in the area many times and this is the best self-catering we feel we have been to.
Ignore the negative reviews. We have just had a fantastic week here and returning in November. 1 bed apartment was huge clean and well equipped. Staff were all lovely - ask at reception for extra toilet roll!!! 20 min walk to the beach but there is a shuttle bus (coach) at 11am and 4pm each day. Lots of lovely restaurants close by (10 min walk) or €3 taxi ride. We used both pools but preferred the one with the bridge as it was in our block.very quiet and relaxing especially for a light sleeper the most noise I heard was the wind (breezy teguise ). You get what you pay for and this for a self catering budget hotel we couldn't ask for any more. Looking forward to returning
I can honestly say , I’ve never been one of them ppl , but this morning after a week of being woken up at 8am by loud lorry’s delivering via the access road at Lanzarote (not so paradise )Costa tegiuse room 10 facinity , do yourself a favour , if you are placed here , ask reception for a move , trust me !! You won’t get a lay inn , I understand hotels have to have deliveries , but for a delivery lorry to leave the engine on , and the banging and crashing woke me up , and I honesty thought our door was being smashed in , I’ve suffered this for a week now , I don’t like to be one of them ppl that any little problem I run to reception because I’m not like that , but I’ve suffered this now for over a week and I’ve had enough , it’s 8am on a Sunday morning , the maintenance workers walking round laughing and joking loud, like they’ve just left a nightclub , no consideration for anyone’s sleep , seems like the situation is , I’m up everyone’s up !!! credit where credits due , the apartments are very spacious and clean , the reception staff are friendly and cleaners work hard , sadly no shop onsite either , quite a long walk to local shops too , but seriously stay away from the apartments anywhere near the back of the bar delivery area , the noise is on another level , I’ve never ever had anything like this , and I’ve never once looked forward to going back to England for a break , worked so hard for this holiday , never again , get me home asap , I need sleep !!!
Location is about a 20 min walk from main nightlife and restaurants its ok walking down but jump jump in a taxi for journey home under 5 euros, Apartment is great for what we need spacious rooms very clean and tidy ,nice balcony sun facing in afternoon, 3 pools which are clean and tidy but very cold water. Everyone is super friendly, I think its a nice area and views are fantastic, there's a water park just 4 mins up the road costs €28 but if you buy online its abit cheaper at €24.
I wish we checked the reviews first as we won't be coming back. We were showed a pool that is in the sister hotel, which we can't get to as we have to go down 3 flights of stairs just to get to our rented car which is nicer than the apartment the staff are mostly friendly but the beds are stiff and some of the plug sockets spark when you try to put a plug into it, the pools have algae on the sides of them and the bridge for the pool in the sister hotel is closed off and not really clean, the safes don't work and neither does the WiFi it disconnects whenever you go past the bathroom door,my mother is hurting cause of the stairs and the stairs are uneven they didn't tell us any info when we arrived as the reception closes at 8 and the rooms are a state, the beach is a 30 to 40 min walk away and you have to drive to go eat out so the location isn't all that great and toilet paper is replaced once a week. But you get what you pay for as it was only £220 and in horrible conditions.
