This apartment complex is situated in a peaceful location by Costa Teguise. A beautiful sandy beach and entertainment venues are also only around 1 km away and guests will find an array of shops and a sports centre with golf, paddle-tennis and windsurfing nearby. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, safes, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Dining options offered within the complex include a café and a bar. Guests may park their cars in the hotel car park and use the minibus service to get to the beach. The apartments are equipped with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, a terrace. Each of the apartments is fully equipped as standard. In the outdoor complex, guests can enjoy the freshwater swimming pool and the sun terrace.

Loved every minute.
My wife and I visited here for 7 days at the end of May 2026. Had an absolutely brilliant holiday.It's quiet,but has a very friendly atmosphere.It's clean but not spotless,so don't expect pristine conditions. Our apartment was huge.You have everything you need.Kitchen area with 2 ring hob,a microwave,toster,kettle and fridge with small freezer compartment. Bedroom has a large wardrobe,with plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. Living area had a lage comfortable L shaped sofa and a tv. Bathroom was also very spacious.You had a large walk in shower,sink,with hairdryer and toilet.All was very clean.No problems with shower,either how to use it or potential problems with water supply. There was a table and chairs outside your back,sliding patio door were you could sit with a coffee or grab a sun lounger to sunbathe. Snack bar was next to the pool also.You could get breakfasts,sandwiches or main meals,chicken goujons,pizza etc during the day and it was all delicious and well cooked. Bar prices for food or drinks were very reasonable. Maid service was every 4 days although you can replace towels at reception or wash them out yourself and generally they're dry within a couple of hours,if you hang them outside on the drying rack. We found all staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from Costa Teguise centre but the hotel provide a free bus into town at 11am every morning,bringing you back at about 4pm.Alternatively Reception will book you a taxi if needed and for about 5 Euros,it will drop you off in town. Both my wife and I have mobility problems and the hotel accomodated us with a first floor apartment,next to the pool,as requested when I booked. Absolutely love this hotel and we're going back although for 10-14 days next time.
Brilliant hotel
Came here with my daughter and granddaughter the room was massive with 2 bedrooms the place was spotless and only a 15 min walk down to shops bars and restaurants the staff were lovely and couldn't fault the place definitely will be back.lots to do for all the family
Not quite Paradise but lovely nevertheless
Currently staying here. Apartments are ok, a decent size, good kitchen and plenty of utensils etc, they are well maintained but very basic. NO AIRCON, in them either. Beds are uncomfortable and they are single beds. Been here nearly a week and not had a towel change. Pool area is kept clean and there is a lifeguard on duty, however the male lifeguard does walk around the pool regularly and does what he is supposed to do, whereas the lady lifeguard sits in the shade for most part of the day, only coming out now and again. Pool is very cold when you first get in.
These apartments are great if you want to be away from the main area, however be prepared for a 25/30 min walk down into the centre of the town. You can always get a taxi, which is just over € 3.50 depending which way you go and where you are dropped off. There are no shops/bars or supermarkets nearby either.
There is a bar on site, however the food is really basic 😐 but edible. The picture of the pool with the bridges over it, is a bit misleading as it does not belong to the Lanzarote Paradise apartments, this pool is next door in their sister apartments and unless someone tells you about it, you will not find it. The pool area is really small as is the terrace surrounding it and there is NO SHADE... The main pool is not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The steps going in are to the pool are too far apart from each other, especially when climbing out of the pool. I had difficulty getting myself out and had to have help!!! The steps are also wobbly and need to be cemented down. NOT ENOUGH umbrellas here, could do with few more dotted around the pool. Plenty of sunbeds though.
Staff are polite and friendly, especially the lady receptionist who is on in the evenings, the lady with the curly shoulder length hair and glasses.
Would i return, probably not... Would i recommend, well it would depend what you're looking for. If these apartments were closer to the centre, they would be ideal.
