Perfect for families with young children
Great hotel for families with children. Buffet adapted to young children and adults. Great animation team. Good pool en 5 minutes from te beach.

Absolutely cracking family holiday.
Well, this is our penultimate day before flying back to Newcastle. What an absolutely brilliant holiday had by all ,including our two year old granddaughter Ariella ,she loved the pool,mini disco,dancers,food and baby club,will definitely return. First night was a bit of an upheaval but we have to give credit to the hotel staff and managers who all went above and beyond their stations to make sure our problem was rectified and the rest of the holiday has been fantastic. They couldn't have anymore to make things better .Outstanding . Food and drinks were excellent, entertainment spot on and pool area big enough for everyone. Hotel is located in a prime location for sightseeing, beach and restaurants. Very peaceful after hours,everyone showed respect. Keep up the good work H10 management and team yous are doing a fantastic job. See yous in the near future .

Absolutely lovely holiday
My mum and I had the best 10 nights here on holiday, staff are so friendly, never felt like we were being rushed to finish our meals. Big shout out to Fabrizio, Abdel, Vicky, Jessica at the bar and Laura in the restaurant. Fab food, wine, gin, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for us, location was ideal as just across the road from bars and shops. Rented a mobility scooter which we were able to charge overnight in reception, very helpful staff on reception too. The cleaner who cleaned our room daily was also very friendly and kind to us. The bingo was fun at 5.15 around the pool bar especially music bingo. One of the best holidays we’ve been on. Thanks H10 and all the amazing staff.

Lovely hotel
We were half board staying in a suite in the La Palma block. The staff in the hotel are really friendly and attentive in particular in the restaurant.
Our apartment was clean and we had no issues at all during our stay. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the hotel has a no reserve policy which is really helpful. The hotel is close to some supermarkets, restaurants and bars though the area is not as busy as the main Costa Teguise square, however this was only a 10 minute walk away.
The only downside was that at times there was only one staff member on reception and when we attended our average wait was 10-15 minutes which could be avoided by having staff extra staff on.
Towels for the pool are available for hire and these can be exchanged for €1 whenever they are needed.
We were able to swap our evening meal to lunch and just needed a voucher from reception which was easy to do ….though we did have the wait.
If we return to Costa Teguise we would stay at the H10 again .

Im still there now, lovely hotel, food was good, staff are brilliant, ideal location, only downfall was the bog standard Germans reserving sunbeds at 7am and showing up at 2pm when people are struggling to find a spot with their kids But leopards never change their spots
