4th Time to this hotel, The first since the change to new owners, A better experience, The changes are small but offer a greater enhanced experience, We will be returning, Stunning location, We were superior room and on the 6th floor the view to the small bay was amazing, Rooms were cleaned every day, Good selection of UK channels, the memory foam beds i found very comfortable, Sleep quality was great, AC was welcome as it was still quite warm on the evenings, The food was superb, I have been all inclusive for 20 years plus, This was honestly the best dining i have ever had, Choise, Range, Themed evening, If you cant find something here it is you NOT the hotel, Glad to see with the new restaurant the show cooking station is still there, The Al a Carte restaurante is so special and is well worth a big mention, This is real high class food and dining experience, Worth a treat, Great food each Lunch an evening meal, Waiter service to the table for your drinks requirments, Pool is heated to the one side and ambient in the other, A great featuture even though you are in the canaries, Entertainment Man is a true warrior, He is quite simply the biggest bundle of energy you have ever seen, Morning right through to 11pm on evening, He is just magic and should be mentioned, Pool area has some damge to the surface as is mentioned in some reviews, Its no complaint but will need something happening by hotel, Many sunbeds but on our stay many guests, Usually was OK but at certain times not so, Bar in theevening there have been changes, It had used to be "made" cocktails, This was individual components made as you watched, Now it is pre made and just added with some ice, As its standing it becomes super sweet, Certainly was ever like that previously, Entertainment is very good and now you have the choice of 2 options, Outside bar opens and there is various acts outside in the seated area, Or inside and you can see what is going on there, Staff we remeber so many familiar faces, This was very nice every one we interacted with was happy to greet you, Smile on there face and just added to the whole experience, A real credit to your hotel, We will be ruturning thats for sure

Very mixed feelings about this hotel … the area it’s in is great with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely as you walk into reception, clean rooms, fantastic sea views and overall a lovely hotel. Two big let downs though are food and staffing levels … we had read about food not being great and so had budgeted for eating out, even though we were all inclusive. The restaurants around didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was ok and we got by, never bothered with lunch but we only ate once in the evening and wasn’t impressed. We aren’t fussy eaters but it was lukewarm and the items weren’t replenished on a regular basis. Really lets the hotel down. Staff - cleaners & restaurant staff were great, Rafa & the bar team in the evening were excellent, reception team weren’t very welcoming and could be quite curt in their attitudes. One thing about this hotel is that it is used by a lot of elderly people, many used some form of walking aid but there are no porters to help them with luggage when arriving or leaving, which we found very upsetting, to the point we ended up helping a few of the elderly with their luggage. No waiter service round the pool, which didn’t bother us but for those using walking sticks etc. it would have been very useful. They run their staffing on a shoe string and wonder what it would be like in peak season!!! … we spoke to many people who were constant returners to the hotel and they all said standards had dropped and it would be their last time visiting. We would return to Costa Teguise in a heart beat but not to this hotel, they really need to up their game with food and staffing. Also, pool area really needs updating, loads of cones about trying to cover cracked surfaces. If any kids or elderly fell over they would be in a mess.

This place use to be amazing I cant fault the staff the rooms or location, since its changed hands from hotel grand teguise this place has come over shocking, I didnt find the change to bad at first, as thought teething issues, absolutely not, they dont cook the food properly, like the passion has gone or different cooks, the drinks have been removed ie malibu, smirnoff, for local, and then I cant believe the price is much more to stay here for less for the money, I cant express enough how much it has gone to the dogs, I will return if it around £900 but that would be because I would lose on the food, but to ask for £1350 onwards is a darn insult for less then the previous owners give, it was impeccable back then, I shall not return once bitten, then my friend goes over and its even worse, such a shame, was so beautiful before, they are biting off more then they can chew and putting premuim at top priority, they havent even got standard at a good standard, now a 3 star at most. Appalling changes.
