Excellent hotel
This is an excellent hotel, the staff can’t do enough for you, it’s spotlessly clean, the food is superb and all amenities are great, can’t wait to go back there next year!
Gorgeous Couples Trip
We enjoyed our week all inclusive at this hotel. It is near enough exactly what you’d expect for a 4* hotel. We emailed weeks before to explain our flight was going to be in late, there was food in our room upon arrival and I’d requested a double bed which we were provided :)
The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels when requested thank you. Food was as you’d expect for a buffet, some things were really great (our faves were the prawns! The grill every evening, breakfast is fab, and the Paella!) other aspects can feel a bit samey and we were not a fan of the Italian night but it was a good standard.
Evening entertainment was good but finished early in our opinion, it is a quiet hotel with an older crowd and we came to relax so we didn’t mind so we played monopoly deal or pool until midnight. Our only down side was the quality of the cocktails were not great, I’ve been to other all inclusive where the standard has been a bit nicer but we stuck to spirits and mixers or Aperol spritz. There are areas that also need a refresh, spots round the pool and the showers by the gym are a bit grim if you have a late flight !
Staff were all lovely in our opinion. Overall we enjoyed it :)

A lovely stay in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alexandre Grand Teguise Playa and would happily return.
The hotel is in a great location, with shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby, and it’s also just a short walk from the beach. We found it a really convenient base for exploring the area.
The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food had a good variety and we were pleased with the choice available. We also really liked the reception area — it has a lovely, unique design and makes a great first impression.
There were a few minor things that we felt could be improved. The parasols around the pool seemed prone to blowing over in the wind, so we think heavier bases would make them safer. We also felt that the charge for using the safe, at roughly €2 per day, was something worth bearing in mind, as well as the deposit required for pool towels. As we were half board, it also wasn’t particularly clear whether drinks could be purchased around the pool, although we may simply not have looked into this enough.
We also did the Northern Lanzarote tour during our stay and thought it was really good. It was a great way to see more of the island and we would definitely recommend doing it if you get the opportunity.
Overall, though, these were only minor points and didn’t detract from an enjoyable holiday. We liked the location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the good choice of food. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back.
Amazing and beautiful Hotel
Amazing hotel, room was superb we was on the 6th floor with amazing views. Food was very good and lots to choose from.Victor at the restaurant is very friendly and a credit to your hotel. We had a lovely time and we are booked for July 2027 again, and looking forward to it. One suggestion regarding subbed would be to allow guests to choose sun beds for the duration of their stay so they reserve the beds at a small fee, would save people having to get up early to sit on their sun beds, other than that I recommend the hotel as it’s beautiful and so close to shops and bars.

Fantastic holiday – would definitely return!
We’ve just come back from a fantastic stay at Hotel Alexandre Teguise Playa in Lanzarote, and we honestly had a brilliant time. From the moment we arrived, we felt really comfortable here. The hotel was lovely, clean and well looked after, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. One of the biggest highlights for us was definitely the food. There was such a huge choice, with something different to look forward to every day. We particularly enjoyed the themed evenings, including French, Spanish, Italian and Asian nights. There was also plenty of freshly cooked meat and fish, so you were never stuck for something delicious to eat. The quality and variety were far better than we expected. The drinks were excellent too, with a really good selection of branded spirits and beer. It was great to have proper branded drinks rather than the usual small or unknown brands you sometimes get at all-inclusive hotels. There was plenty of choice and everything we had was really good. The pools were amazing and lovely and warm, which made spending time around the pool so enjoyable. We also loved swimming in the sea from the beach — the water and surroundings were beautiful and it was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. The only real negative for us was the sunbed situation. You do need to get up early if you want to make sure you get a sunbed. The hotel is quite strict about people reserving them with towels, and if you leave a towel on a sunbed, staff will remove it and take it to reception. So it’s not really about getting the perfect position — it’s more about making sure you actually get a sunbed. Once you’re up early enough to put your things down, though, you’re sorted for the rest of the day. We soon got into the routine of getting up early, having breakfast when it opened and then enjoying the day. Apart from that, we really couldn’t fault our stay. The hotel, food, drinks, pools, beach and friendly staff all made for a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend Hotel Alexandre Teguise Playa and would happily come back again. We had a brilliant time and came home feeling relaxed and very happy with our choice of hotel. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. We’ll hopefully be back! ❤️☀️🌴
