Fantastic staff
The hotel staff are fantastic ,nothing is to much trouble ... the bar staff are fun and Noela in the pool bar is amazing , funny and bubbly, the food in the restaurant has improved immensely after the refit ... the hotel still needs a bit of maintenance, but it's getting there ... no need to bring pool towels you can get clean ones 6 days a week with only a €10 returnable deposit.. but the shower towels in the room are a little on the small size .. they definitely need to be larger .. but all in all a great hotel ..

Great hotel, perfect location and staff. Close to all interesting places if you rent a car like we did. Good area for snorkeling.

Great location Great hotel
Absolutely stunning hotel and location. The wee gate onto the beach is an amazing idea. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch the atmosphere is pretty chilled can do as little or as much as you like the entertainment team always at the pool inviting to take part in whatever it may be Roland is a funny guy and a true asset to Alexandre Grand Teguise . The room is cleaned everyday and everything is spotless.The selection of food is varied and there is always something for even the fussiest of eaters .Only thing I would maybe recommend would be sauces and maybe jelly sweets for the ice cream area for the younger guests. As for value cannot fault what I paid for my 11 night stay so much so I am booking for 2027.
Alexandre Grand July 2026
This was our second stay at the Alexandra the Grand. Since our last stay two years ago the hotel as had the restaurant updated which looks really nice. The pool area is in need of some TLC with the floor paint coming of very badly in some places which could be dangerous should anyone catch their foot, also the steps in the Salt Water pool are rusty. The rooms were cleaned daily but could do with a deep clean in the bathroom around the shower tray. We stayed in a superior room but there was nothing superior apart from the view. The fridge had mould in it which I mentioned to the cleaner. There was always something to eat in the restaurant but was very repetitive. We eat out a number of nights lovely restaurants up the road. Drinks were good with named brands available. Nighttime entertainment was good. The entertainment team at the hotel work very heard every day. Some of the staff are very nice special shout to Victor in the restaurant and I think its Ronald the entertainment guy. All in all had a lovely holiday.
