This welcoming apartment complex is situated in the leisure centre of Costa Teguise, approximately 600 m from the nearest beach. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away. The town centre, which offers plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene, is also within walking distance. Amongst the hotel facilities are a welcoming bar and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel's outdoor car park.The simple studios and apartments come with a combined bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The apartments come with an additional separate bedroom. All of them are well-equipped as standard. Guests may make use of the swimming pool and the sun terrace. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation.

Open and honest. Amazing weeks holiday
An open and honest review. These apartments are 3 star. They are spacious and clean. Yes the bedding only gets changed once a week. How often do you change bedding at home.
Towels can be changed however hotel asks to try only do twice a week to assist with sustainability. Which is fair.
The food was plentiful and always something for everyone. I have major intolerances but always had something and that wasn't by special request.
I'd read about watered down alcohol. That's ridiculous, yes its local brands however typical Spanish they are not shy with it. They also have amazing cocktail machines which i must say hit most very closely.
The staff are all happy in their workplace and this impacts on your holiday. Always happy to assist in anyway.
Bar staff girls at night, Alizon and Lily work non stop and keep great atmosphere.
The animation team consist of 2, Africa and JJ who work hard keeping plenty activities as well as arranging some quizzes and live music.
We refused to join the 7am sun bed run, despite this we always got a couple of beds.
Town is 20 min walk.
Hotel run a bus on Sunday taking you to and from local market for only €15 pp.
Amazing weeks holiday from a couple who are well travelled.

Lanzarote TUI Hotel, worth a visit.
Hotel is pleasant and the rooms are apartments that have a small kitchen area. The bed is 2 single beds pushed together, which is fine but the sheets and quits are singles so they are made up separately and then pushed together, which is awkward as a couple. Room towels are clean but not lavish. No toiletries provided which is a disappointment. On Friday and Saturday the room housekeeping stops due to staff not working. Never experienced this before. Plenty of sunbeds and the pool is designed well that you can always find an area to relax. The hotel does not provide pool towels, so take your own. All the staff are friendly and work really hard. Entertainment staff engage with you without being pushy which was great. Food is better than average even though sometimes the variety can be limited. Snacks are available between meal times, which were very good. The hotel provide a courtesy room that you can book on your day of leaving. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach area that has plenty of restaurants and bars. There is no drinks menu and you ask the bar staff to make you a drink but a lot of them are from an automated machine. Soft drinks are branded, which is good. Overall the drinks are below average. This is a shame as the bar staff work extremely hard and are really friendly. The hotel do a premium upgrade. These rooms have been recently refurbished but everything else is the same as standard so definitely not worth the extra expense.

Amazing holiday! Will be back!
Just come back from a week staying at Hotel Ficus and had the best time.
Before going, I read the reviews and can truly say that they don’t give the hotel the credit it deserves.
Rooms - basic but clean. Good facilities, can’t complain.
Food - we really enjoyed eating at the hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast, pancakes, pastries, fresh juices, fruit, English breakfast etc. I was pleasantly surprised by lunch and dinner. I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and generally the food is the same. But here, we enjoyed different food every day. Despite there initially looking like there isn’t much choice, they have a wide variety of food available with themed nights every day. I really cannot fault the food, even the fussiest of eaters will find something.
Drinks - as you would expect at an all inclusive. The cocktails were the nicest all inclusive ones I’ve had, made in a machine which makes them slushy-like. No menus but the bar staff were more than happy to help. A huge shoutout to the bar staff as well, especially those in the evening. They’re all so friendly and look like they’re happy to be there - singing and dancing with the guests which really makes a difference to the overall atmosphere.
Entertainment - the tui entertainment team were so friendly and high-energy, ensuring everyone had the opportunity to participate. Always chatting to guests and making everyone feel included. The evening entertainment again, is some of the best I’ve experienced. No nights were the same and there was a variety of shows that catered to everyone. The entertainer on the Saturday night was equally incredible - got everyone up dancing and singing.
Area - First time visiting Costa Teguise and would definitely be back! Lovely atmosphere, lots of bars and shops within a 5 minute walk, all staff we encountered very friendly!
Overall, we had a really great time. It’s the only hotel I’ve come back from and know I will return to. Some of the reviews are very negative and I was a little apprehensive but we had the best week and can’t wait to return.
Couples 1 week trip
Lovely hotel, 20mins transfer from the Lanzarote airport. Staff are highly friendly and welcoming and they are constantly cleaning, servicing and helping. Never visited an all-inclusive hotel that is cleaned like this place. Restaurant has different themes each night such as Indian, Mexican etc but pasta/spaghetti and seafood dishes are available every single night. Fresh fruits and salad choices are amazing and the whole place is spotless. Not one bad meal in a week. Pool is immaculate, plenty of sunbeds for all and the Tui staff are good fun for the day games. Special mention to Africa, she was great fun and got everyone involved but was also polite when you wasn’t interested in playing. Night entertainment (ran by Africa and crew and some live singers) is a laugh and the all inclusive bar serves cocktails all day and night. Also the live singer Jose Monzon was amazing! Apartments are basic but clean and great space with balconies viewing the pool. 10min walk to the main town and beach.

Hotel ficus
My husband and i just had a great holiday here at ficus for 11 days hotel was lovely clean and modern, the staff are really friendly and cant do enough for you, the food is lovely we couldnt fault anything . The entertainment team Africa and julia was amazing and lovely girls to talk to and they had everyone joining in and laughing keep up the good work girls xx
