Very poor for all inclusive,only one entertainement room on a evening not enough seats,kids running around bumping into tables with glasses on them.No other bar on site apart from club bar adults only but you had to pay for drinks.Food in resteraunt ok but cold most of time.Outside of meal times 1 small snack bar very limited choice not even cereal for kids at breakfast.One small bar inside,if you were on far side of pool had to walk right across to other end to get a drink.Do not stay in room 365,dirty, door frame coming off,went to rep as room had lots of large ants, inside of my book ,in glass in bathroom on clothes,sent someone to fumigate they died ,off but the bugs were not cleared from patio door frame also there was lots of wings on floor around kitchen units,went back to rep showed her pics went back to room they had cleared door frame but all wings not been cleaned up.It was too late to ask to be moved but as to lack of cleaning i took pictures of the state of room when looked more.Even when room was fumigated still had lots of tiny black bugs on walls .

We stayed here last week and, while there were positives, I feel compelled to warn other families travelling with children or adults who have serious food allergies.

The entertainment team worked hard, the pool area was lovely, and we met some fantastic people during our stay. We also had an issue on arrival where we were given an unclean room with a broken door, but reception moved us immediately after seeing the videos. While frustrating, this is not why I’m leaving this review.

The reason for my review is the way allergies were handled.

Before booking, I specifically contacted TUI to discuss my daughter’s allergies. She is anaphylactic to milk and eggs and carries EpiPens. I was reassured that this hotel could accommodate her needs, and her allergies were clearly recorded on our booking.

On our first morning, the restaurant staff told us they could not cater for allergies and that my daughter would have to eat from the buffet.

For anyone who understands severe allergies, this simply isn’t a safe option. We witnessed guests using their hands to serve themselves and utensils being shared between multiple dishes, creating a high risk of cross-contamination.

I tried everything to work with the staff. I used Google Translate to explain the seriousness of her allergies and even asked if they could prepare a simple meal separately in the kitchen. The answer was still no.

To make matters worse, when I asked about the churros, staff disappeared into the kitchen before returning to tell me that the allergen label displayed was actually incorrect and that the churros contained milk and egg despite this not being accurately identified. If one allergen label was wrong, it left us questioning whether any of them could be trusted. We contained to check more items to find incorrect labels.

Both TUI representatives at the hotel tried to help by speaking with the restaurant manager, but unfortunately nothing changed. They advised me to make a formal complaint when I returned home.

Following my complaint, TUI reviewed the photographs I had taken of the incorrect allergen labelling and acknowledged that the hotel was not up to speed with allergy procedures. They have offered a small gesture of £120 in vouchers or £90 bank transfer which I have refused.

After writing two reviews on the hotel Facebook page, it is very clear that within the past few months several family’s with allergies have had the same problems. Both reviews were deleted by admin as soon as comments with the same experience came to light,

The biggest disappointment is that we paid for an all-inclusive holiday, yet my daughter was effectively unable to use the restaurant because the hotel stated they could not cater for her allergies. Instead, we had to rely on food we had brought with us and purchase additional food from the Spar next door. For most of the week, she survived on her own breakfast and chips for lunch and dinner.

This wasn’t about wanting a special menu or luxury meals. We would have been perfectly happy with simple food prepared safely in the kitchen. Instead, we were told that wasn’t possible.

If anyone in your booking has severe allergies, I would urge you to think very carefully before booking this hotel. An all-inclusive holiday should mean that every member of your family can safely enjoy the meals included in the price. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience, and it had a significant impact on what should have been a relaxing family holiday.

Booked a last minute great deal for this hotel. About 60% off. Were were returning guest and we enjoyed it even more this time.

My review stars maybe slightly less (4.5) if we had paid full price as this is a pricer 3* hotel but on the other hand we think it is as good as any 4* with a great location, short airport transfer and fab food offering) for the price we paid it was a 5/5 review all day long.

We arrived 3 hours before the official check-in time and we're quickly checked in and the friendly staff gave us our all inclusive bands immediately, we went for a snack and then our room was ready within 20 minutes. Also on departure we were able to keep our all inclusive bands even though we had a late evening flight.

The room was large and clean with kitchenette, large balcony and comfy beds. We had requested a ground floor due to having a pre schooler with us and we were placed ground floor next to the splash park... Perfect. The pool /splash park ( prefect for 3-8 year olds I would say) were large and clean if not a little chilly. Plenty of sunbeds even in the afternoon. The food was fantastic, didn't feel like your usual all inclusive mismatch. Could make actual meals. Examples include. Roast dinner with meats selection (like a Toby carvery not just squares of grey meat in sauce), roast potatoes, gravy and even cauliflower cheese. Sweet and sour dishes, duck, noodles, spring rolls and prawn crackers etc. Movie night which included things such as BBQ ribs, popcorns and jelly sweets. Your usual mix of ice cream, creaming sponges and jelly but also some real desserts apple pie, carmel nut brownie cheese cake and chocolate cake. Nicer than some 5* hotels we have been too. The snack bar had an okay selection too and was always plentiful, including waffle cone creams all day.

Our daughter loved the evening mini disco at 8pm and getting a drink at the bar was good too. Self service soft drinks and less than a 2 minute qué at the bar even though the hotel was fully booked- plenty of choice including cocktails. We did venture out and the hotel is in an amazing location if you leave via the entertainment bar there are shops, restaurants and an aquarium immediately outside. If you turn left it is a 5 minute flat straight walk to the shopping centre and beach front. We went to the local water park which was only 5 mins in a taxi and cost €7 each way. I would say this hotel definitely competes with 4* hotels.

Even better if: -Kids club ( seem to have the building for it but not one)

• A little more variation on the snack bar.
• heated pool (apparently the children's pool is heated- it seemed a tiny bit warmer maybe due to it being shallow?!?)

We would 100% return to this hotel.
