Would not stay here again. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had two rooms booked, and both had significant issues. One room was full of ants and we had to ask for it to be given a deep clean. The other had a broken light switch, meaning we could not switch the light on when entering the room. This was reported three times, but nothing was done. On the third occasion, the receptionist simply told us that “nothing can be done.” The rooms were not maintained to an acceptable standard. There were broken tiles on the balcony, stains down the walls, and the overall standard of cleanliness was very poor. The rooms also smelled strongly of damp. Towels are only changed every three days, which means that during a week-long stay you would only receive a fresh set once. The furniture was also poorly suited to the size of the room. The sofa was so large that it took up around half of the doorway, making access awkward. There was no shower room available for guests with a late check-out, which was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, the reception service was equally disappointing. Staff were often rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance with the locker in the baggage room because some keys were missing and some lockers were broken, I was simply told, “It tells you on the locker how to use it,” rather than being offered any help. There was also smoking of what appeared to be cannabis around the hotel, which was unpleasant, and we did not see staff taking any apparent action. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and general condition of the hotel were well below what we expected. Based on our experience, we would not return.

Good location Great, helpful staff who work very hard. Rooms and whole hotel need a major refurbishment. Damaged doors, cabinets, tiles , pool floor , ladders for the pool, steps for use of pool slide , rusted fridge doors. At some point some of these could be dangerous. Food was unadventurous .Chicken nuggets, chips, pizza and occasionally a taste of spain.Breakfast is your best meal of the day. Menu was very similar every day. Entertainment staff worked very hard to get everyone involved and entertained.The waiting staff and cleaners where fantastic and worked very hard ( they deserve respect for doing an excellent job). But like every business when the money isn’t put in from the top then standards drop. A word of warning the sun-bed wars are a big thing here found people must of been up way before dawn to place the dreaded towels , with people even leaving them there all week!. The pool area was not the cleanest but this is due to people leaving their cigarettes butts on the floor along with the whole family’s pool floats around instead of taking them to the room or even bothering to take the cups back. The atmosphere was a relaxing experience for us we both had a good time. Would we be back most probably not.Some say its a cheap holiday , but it wasn’t that cheap. So in the end if you’re looking for familiar food , beer and a swimming pool and not tempted to move from the pool then this hotel is for you.

To say this is a family friendly hotel is a load of rubbish!! The staff need to learn some manners and also remember it's a "family hotel" staff members are rude!

The rooms are very basic and we stayed 10 nights and the towels were changed once!! We are not an untidy family thank goodness but general house keeping was just non existent!

The food is extremely basic.

I honestly don't even think this hotel deserves a 3 star and I am a person that only ever stays in 3* hotels.

Also to say it's meant to be a family hotel make sure you have plans on a Sunday as they have no animation team working on a Sunday.

If you have no personality DON'T work in hospitality!!!!

The only positive note I will say is the gentleman who is originally from England who works on reception is the only positive thing this hotel has!

This hotel is not worth you spending your hard earn money on! We all work hard to be able to go on holiday and have a great time and feel looked after and just get the basics like a clean room daily,fresh towel's and even a clean pool and pool area!

People would leave towels on sunbeds either night before or from 6am just another FYI!

Definitely won't be returning.
