Excellent hotel, highly recommended! Everything was great! We loved the beautiful, clean rooms and the delicious food. A special thanks to the bartenders — they are very friendly and professional. Regarding the location, it is not right on the coast, but it is only a 15-minute walk to the sea, which is very convenient. Also, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach that runs on a schedule, which is a huge bonus if you don't want to walk. The only downside is the behavior of some guests, not the hotel itself. It ruins the atmosphere when people come straight from the pool into the restaurant for lunch wet and wrapped in towels, leaving the chairs soaked. When you come dressed nicely, you have to look closely at where you sit. I think the hotel should implement a dress code and not allow people in wet swimwear into the dining area. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

On arrival we noticed hotel is at top of a hill and if poor mobility would require a taxi to get to and from the shops and bars, we got to the hotel late at 09.30 due to flight delay and was told a cold meal was in the restaurant for us, the meal we recieved was cold ham, fish, lettuce and boiled egg, it was not nice looking and as I don’t eat fish thought it was grim, a waitress brought bread rolls when we asked but said they had no butter, myself and my daughter ended up hungry. Pool areas are nice but NO INFLATABLES or balls allowed in the pool, one of the pools is heated but was cold for last 2 days as heated pool stopped working. FOOD Breakfast was ok but sausages not best quality and bacon streaky and more fat then meat, lunch was ok nice salad selection, evening meal not great, my daughter ate cheesy chips most nights as no good for kids selection, curry was always chicken thighs and never chicken breast, I did struggle with food which is unusual for me. Pool bar food consisted of hard rolls with cheese and ham and small Cakes. You have to put a deposit down for cups at pool bar, cocktails were rubbish on the all inclusive. Take your own tea and coffee for Room as some weird tea bags and no coffee provided all week and milk never topped up But I got cups of milk from bar. Rooms ok and clean but carpeted which is very old fashioned, nice bathrooms and extra pillows provided on request. Hotel itself is stunning and lovely areas, arcade areas old and expensive, pool tables 2euro a go. Bus to beach is 3 times a day and didn’t turn up on one of the days but only 5 euro in taxi or 20 Minute walk. Evening entertainment if you can call it that is shocking and very loud, best off going down to the bars and restaurants Near beach, lots do do and would recommend number 1 for cocktails which do Happy hour and lovely cocktails. I have stayed in lots of 4 star hotels and in my opinion this is a fancy looking 3 star, I would return to Lanzarote but unfortunately not this hotel due to Food and location.

After reading a lot of mixed reviews this hotel isn’t as negative as people make out. Yes the rooms are carpeted but I feel that you aren’t really in the room, as long as it’s clean that’s all that matters and the housekeepers did keep them clean so no complaints at all regarding the cleaning of the rooms! No noise at all from our room either (unless the family next door were crying/arguing) Pool area is lovely, not a lot of shaded areas however get down early for your sun beds! But it’s a lovely atmosphere, the reps do a lot of activities through the day which is fun to watch, and involves all adults and children! The big pool is salt water but absolutely lush if you have sunburn 😂 but it is actually a lovely pool! And the other one is heated which is absolutely amazing as well! Pool bar - put €1 deposit down for the cups (which you get back), we just kept the same all holiday but they literally swap the cup everytime you take it back! San Miguel is on tap and the cocktails are dispensed not made but a lot of other spirits available! Food - was okay, it did the job! Decent salad bar and on certain nights they do a small range of certain cuisines in the other bit of the seating. Breakfast was decent to be fair and some of the lunch and teas were - it was just very repetitive. Location: it is out of the way for everything, 13 min walk to the nearest Spar. We went into town for 3 nights and it was only €5 each way to get in, ask for a taxi at reception and one comes for you and there is a taxi rank in town where it drops you off which is amazing as it works really well for tourists!

Overall it was decent and don’t be put off too much with the negative reviews! For the value you pay, you get but it is a decent place, but it is out of the way (which I knew as I am a vivid researcher before holidays!)
