Amazing Adults Only hotel
Recently stayed here for two weeks early July. Every aspect of our stay was fabulous.
The staff were all exceptional, from the reception staff on arrival, the waiting staff in the restaurant and bars, the cleaners, every single member of staff was courteous, friendly, approachable and kind.
We were greeted with a drink on arrival, and were taken through an explanation of the various parts of the hotel, bars, pools, restaurant, etc. We were blown away by the kindness extended to us by upgrading our room to a Junior Suite, it was completely unexpected but such a kind gesture.
With regard to the room the bed and pillows are probably the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel - exceptional. The room layout and size was fantastic, and the enormous balcony with hot tub, table and chairs and 2 sun loungers was just the perfect place to come back to in the afternoon to get out of the breeze and relax. Housekeeping was also excellent, and they were quick to replace toiletries/towels/etc
We were half board, and the restaurant was very good, an incredible amount of choice, very high standard of food. Loved that they were pretty much cooking food to order, whether fish, steaks, chicken. Huge choice of salads and starters, and so many different main courses, all delicious. Desserts to die for and the sweetie jars were just the icing on the cake!
Location of the hotel was also brilliant, to the front you are just a few steps from Pueblo Marinero which seems to be the main square in the area, very busy and buzzy, and huge choice of bars/restaurants in and around that area. To the back of the hotel you are out onto the main promenade and sea front, a few steps from the beach and endless opportunities to walk!
All in all a fabulous stay made memorable by the staff and service we received. Thank you to all.
Expensive but poor
I paid nearly 1000 pounds for 5 nights all inclusive we ended up going out amd buying tea,enatinment is very poor considering its a adults only hotel
Amazing stay! Will come back!!
Friendly and attentive staff, rooms were spacious. A lot of activities and use of facilities were great, definitely will come again!
