Nice chilled stay
Stayed here for 5 nights. It was an okay stay. The room was big and plenty of space. Lots of activities and two pools to choose from. A lot of reviews mention the sunbed problem but we didn’t experience any problem getting beds. We used both hotels. One side is very much nicer than the other and the pool on the royal side is a lot cleaner and quieter. The pool on the basic side isn’t as nice. A lot of drunk people but nothing bad, no harm done. The staff are amazing and they work really hard and long hours. They really make the hotel what it is. The night life was good, entertainment was fun and a lot of effort made for all ages. I wouldn’t come back but I did really enjoy our stay. The food was good, lots of options. My son’s autistic and he even managed to enjoy it. We had a great holiday!

They need to step up the Occidental side, if id have been staying there, things would have been very different

I like coming here because the food choice is amazing, plenty of sports to do (swimming, gym, running) and the staff are friendly. Yes it’s not in the main resort but that is only a short walk away. I’ve stayed in rooms on both sides of the road and they are exactly the same

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with my partner the room was lovely and the hotel itself was clean. the food on the other hand wasn’t great, most items such as ice cream cones/wafers, breakfast cereals & other items that are kept out/re-served were stale. for half board customers no drinks are offered part from lukewarm water and as we are also paying for the meal i would expect a drink, or a drink offered even if there is a charge. due to the food not being great we ate out in costa teguise every night which was exceptional. the hotel is abit derelict around and is a 40 minute walk into the main centre but there is a bus stop and taxi rank right outside, taxis being 5€ and buses being 2.80€ into the town. there is also a supermarket outside the hotel to get water/snacks from. entertainment in the evening was great and the environment was relaxing and lovely to sit in the lobby. when we spoke to reception about any issues we had we found them rather unhelpful and was quite dissapointed with the service, especially on the first evening when we arrived late, they told us there was a cold buffet in the restaurant and when we went down there was nothing and nobody there. we also asked if we could extend our room on the last day and was told it was not possible after a lady telling us the day prior we could and we could sort it the next morning, facilities and showers around the pool are very dirty and not great. when in our rooms it was very quiet and rarely heard people walking past our room. sunbeds were easy to get even in the afternoon, but the smell of people smoking around the pool is very off putting. i have included a couple of photos of the food. i would recommend the hotel but would only go bed and breakfast and get an early flight home

Stunning hotel, great food and drink options included in the all inclusive package. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a couple of requests whilst there which were met in a timely and friendly manner. Lots of activities including fitness classes and entertainment. Within walking distance to centre of Costa Teguise. Would definitely stay here again. Was sad to leave the hotel!
