Had a lovely stay, good location with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, rooms in the hotel were lovely and modern with a huge balcony, beds really comfortable, Hotel clean and smells lovely, food was good to be fair always lots on offer each day always found something we liked and couldn't complain for the price we paid for the week, a couple of things could do with a little improvement, firstly the sunbed situation, they are locked away each night and someone is meant to unlock them for 10am in the morning but they were always very late causing a few people to become stressed, the only other thing is the snacks at the pool bar which they might as well not have them, other than that we had a lovely stay, lovely staff who went above and beyond too.

Exactly what it says on the tin
We paid for a 3 star holiday and were very happy with the result. Because we didn't pay for a 5 star so didn't expect it because we're not special muppets! Dylan working both bars was exceptional, non-stop, rushed, still friendly and helpful. And Juan, the entertainment man, an absolute pleasure. Both assets to the hotel. You get what you pay for, make your own holiday. Thank you for the laughs.

Rubbish
Make sure you give this hotel a wide berth it is terrible the food is not even above average the all inclusive drink is cheaper than cheap my wife couldn’t even drink the vodka we had to buy a bottle there’s no aircon in the rooms I will never ever go there again Also my wife was charged €8 each for towels but also had to leave €40 deposit when we returned the towels was only given €20 back and was told we only take €20 so the man on the desk is on a good scam DO NOT GO HERE
