This hotel is suitable for cycling breaks and welcomes cyclists from all over the world. The hotel boasts facilities to support both the leisure and professional cyclist.

Excellent stay !
Fantastic hotel for both couples and families. We had a deluxe family apartment which was perfect, plenty cooking facilities and smart tv with netflix prime etc.. we emailed in advance and asked for pool side room and we got it, directly opposite the pool and park so perfect to allow our kids to play if we are sat on the terrace of an evening!
No entertainment but we honestly didnt miss it as €4 and 4 minutes taxi and you sre in costa teguise square with the hustle and bustle or 15 minute walk (my kids of 7 and 4 were not up for the walk in the heat)
Highly reccomend jablillo beach again 5 minutes from the hotel in taxi, take snorkles and a net and the fish come to the shore with some bread they will surround you kids loved it !
Rooms are cleaned daily except wed and sun and pool bar is excellent for lunch and dinner if you dont fancy venturing out. Just outside the hotel is a row of restaraunts and bars and a great supermarket which met all our needs whist here.
Will definetly be back again next year!
They have a great spftplay its huge with trampolines and it has bowling and a bar and pool tables minigolf its fab ! Also salt water pools i was a little worries about but wasnt an issue atall, they are slighly chilly but once youve had a dunk your fine ! Enjoy

We have just returned after a 10 night stay i can honestly say there is not one negative thing to say the 2 bed apartment we stopped in was fantastic very spacious for 4 of us travelling (2 adults & 2 14yrs) the staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities on site are great we played padel, mini golf & boules. The pool is fantastic theres no arguing/struggling for sunbeds like weve experienced at another hotel in spain the previous 2 years. A great selection of food at the pool bar & breakfast we will definitely be coming again probably for longer next time ☀️

Great location. Great pool and no sun bed wars! Pool bar great value for money. Apartments spacious and clean! Gym which is free to use and well equipped 💪🏻

Large apartment with sunbeds on balcony.
Lovely, large ,modern apartment with access from bedroom and living room to huge balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs. Sunbeds always available at the pool area too.
Room and restaurant clean, but didn't seem to clean the corridor or paths which was odd.
Quiet atmosphere so very relaxing, no entertainment in night but we tend to go into the resort so did not affect us.
Food choice reasonable as it's only a 3 star apartment so wasn't expecting as much choice as a 4 star hotel . Staff would cook you a fresh omelette at breakfast. Mexican food night was the best.
Around a 15-20 mins walk to the resort centre but also nice bars nearby.
Overall I would return .

Family stay at Santa Rosa
This is my honest & hopefully, balanced review of Santa Rosa as a family of four with two children, staying in a Superior Apartment.
Check-in: Official check-in is from 2pm. We arrived at 12pm, and although the apartment was still being cleaned, it was ready by 1pm, which we really appreciated.
Room: The apartment is basic but has everything you need, including a small hob, microwave and fridge. The main downside is the lack of storage, so as a family of four staying for 10 days, we ended up living out of our suitcases.
Swimming Pool: This was the biggest drawback of our holiday. Our two boys usually love the pool on holiday, but it is extremely salty. I had read previous reviews, but I still wasn’t prepared for just how salty it would be.
The salt residue is very noticeable, leaving grit on your skin and marks on swimwear. We’ve been coming to Lanzarote for over 15 years and have stayed at several resorts with saltwater pools, but nothing has compared to this.
Goggles are essential, and we ended up buying nose clips because one of our children struggled so much. Be prepared for the salt.
Pool Area & Sunbeds: There was never a problem getting a sunbed. However, it was problematic getting a sunbed with shaded area or an umbrella.
The pool area itself is looking tired, with rusting & broken pool steps, worn umbrellas and broken shade structures.
Entertainment: If you’re looking for lively poolside entertainment, this probably isn’t the resort for you. There is no kids’ club, no organised pool activities and no daytime entertainment staff during our stay, unlike other resorts we’ve stayed at in Lanzarote.
There are still things to do on site, including a small playground for younger children, bowling from 4pm (€5 per person), paddle court for €5 and free mini golf, which our boys enjoyed. There is also a free soft play area for guests (under 11 yrs), which opens at 4pm and allows children to play whilst supervised by staff.
Breakfast: We really enjoyed the breakfast. This was included in our stay. It was never too busy, there was a good variety of food and everything was well stocked.
Restaurants & Location: We’d recommend heading into the main strip in Costa Teguise for evenings. It’s around a 15 minute walk (walk along the coast) or a less than 5 minute taxi ride (approximately €3.60). There are plenty of restaurants, bars and a much livelier atmosphere, and we really enjoyed spending our evenings there.
Overall: Overall, Santa Rosa is a quiet, fairly basic resort. It looks lovely at first glance, but many areas are in need of investment and refurbishment.
The biggest disappointments for us were the lack of entertainment and the exceptionally salty pool. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful base, don’t mind a quieter atmosphere Santa Rosa is a good choice.
Costa Teguise is a beautiful area of Lanzarote! We will def be back to Costa Teguise!
