Secrets Lanzarote Resort and Spa

Lovely hotel. Staff are welcoming and rooms are very comfortable. We stayed b&b. Plenty of choice for breakfast and option to sit inside or outside. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants in the marina at night. Highly recommend Azure and Mumbai Masala restaurant.

Pool area is very relaxing and quiet. It is a shame that a small group of guests were loud, drinking and on inflatables in the pool. The hotel’s rules do state no inflatables in the pool and it is a shame that staff do not act on this. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and no need to get up early to reserve. I would gladly stay in Secrets Lanzarote again.

We have just returned from a seven night stay at Secrets Lanzarote. This was our second visit, after an amazing two week holiday last year and yet again, the staff exceeded our expectations.

Prior to our stay, I contacted the Guest Experience Team with some requests, all of which were granted. My husband encountered a leg injury before we travelled and the entire team were extremely accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated 🥰

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my dietary requirements were met. The Guest Experience Team communicated with me daily to ensure I was catered for in each of the restaurants. I cannot thank Laura, Carla, Mariana, Isabel and Valentine enough for looking after us 🤗

The welcome message with fizz and chocolates we received in our room upon arrival were a lovely touch, and we continued to receive lovely personal notes and surprises in our room throughout our stay ☺️

The resort is lovely, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean, and there are lots of food options to accommodate all dietary requirements.

The evening entertainment varied and we enjoyed sitting in the Piano Bar with cocktails after dinner.

The hotel’s app allows guests to view the restaurant’s menus, view the daytime activities and evening entertainment, and, make spa reservations and room requests.

I attended a spa party which was hosted by Melody and Melissa. Guests were able to sample lots of Natura Bisse products, as the team explained the benefits of each (whilst enjoying lots of cava!). We also enjoyed hand and eye massages which were bliss! We received a lovely gift at the end of the party alongside a 25% discount on all products - a fabulous saving! I returned to the spa at a later date to purchase additional products and my discount was honoured for my second purchase. I would recommend booking this on the app as it was a great afternoon and there are only eight spaces available at each party. Thank you Melissa and Melody 🤗

We really enjoy interacting with the Secrets Hotel cats when we visit. It is so wonderful to see they are well cared for and live harmoniously within the hotel grounds. I had three furry friends greet me each morning which I loved 🐾 We were sad leaving them at the end of our stay.

Overall we had another wonderful holiday at Secrets Lanzarote. The entire staff team work incredibly hard to ensure every guest is catered for and are a real credit to the resort. We just wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to return in the near future!
