TUI BLUE Suite Princess Adults Only

Hotel was not for me, it was very dated in parts and in need of some TLC. the food wasn’t very good which was disappointing.

This is not a 4* hotel by any means, will not be returning.

This review is slightly different from others I've done about this Hotel. I go twice a year to the Princess, & I know for a fact this hotel has an above average amount of returning guests.. Why is that your thinking..? ? 🤔
Well, most of us like about 10 or more things when booking a hotel,, trouble is.. you only get 5 or 6 of them in one visit, the other half you get at another hotel, but the chances are you'll get the others you like, but you lose what you got at the hotel before.. 😠😡.. At the Princess Hotel you get the lot, plus you get lots of free things you normally have to pay extra for at other hotels.. I'm not afraid to tell you that what you get at the Tui Blue Suite Princess Hotel, you will NOT, I'll type that again.. you will NOT get the same as you get here for the same price.
Like for like,, in fact I doubt you will get half of the stuff at any hotel for the same price.. Let's put some on paper, not in any order.. 1.. Free pool view. 2.. Free sea view. 3. Free daily coach to Porto Mogan every day. 4.. Free A La'Carte evening meal 1 per wk, worth €48 per person, 5.. Free room safe. 6.. Branded drinks. 7.. Heated pool. 8.. 3mins to Beach 9.. live evening entertainment every night. 10.. live entertainment in the piano bar 5 nights per wk. 11.. Free reading books on two floors. 12.. large balcony with 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs & a table, all getting sun from 12 noon or earlier depending on the season. 13,, 4 choices of ice cream in restaurant 😋. 14.. very large choice of food available & loads of cakes. 15.. fantastic choices at Breakfast. 16.. FREE sauna. 17.. 2 choices of soup every night. 18.. Outdoor covered lunch area & with an extra show cooking item every day. 19.. only €1: 40 ( 1 way ) to go into Peurto Rico for the day, on the local bus, 5mins down the road. 20.. The live entertainment is top of the range, most hotels don't get this type of class. Remember,, you make the holiday what you want it to be,, this hotel is just a 100% chill out hotel from day 1 till you leave.. I just want to mention 1 more thing that most reviewers don't highlight.. The Premiere drinks band package.. @ this point in time it's only £17 pppd & night,, you might think that's a bit steep, trust me it's not..!! With this upgraded band you get a better choice of wines,, most bottles start at an Ave of £18.. Italian coffee is £2:40.. baileys is £5 as is Drambui.., selected special cocktails start at £7.. pink gin is charged at £6.. These items are all Free with the premium band, so in theory you can easily have 2 Italian coffees, 1 bottle of wine with your evening meal, and have a French Martini as an aperitif before your evening meal ( i recommend this ) it's a fantastic drink & it's nothing like what you think it is, it's a must try..?
Add all that up & just think,, you paid just £17 a day for it.. It's a no brainer.. just look at the drinks menu on your first day, workout what you would like to drink daily from it, especially the better wines, a nd special cocktails, & any of the above, & just get the premium band at reception, Its well worth it. Easy as that.

Just returned from this fabulous hotel was shocked to walk in to my room and find a 4 poster bed just for me!!!! The food was honestly the best I have had included turkey, pork and beef all with a great selection of vegetables carrots, runner beans, swede, cabbage and peas. The staff were pleasant but found the youngsters tended to hang about in the restaurant and not clear up plates efficiently as would rather talk amongst themselves until the supervisor would tell them what to do. Bar service was very quick and there was plenty of choice of branded alcohol Smirnoff , Gordon’s etc. I didn’t really try the cocktails but did notice that some of them were ready made. The pool area was lovely and plenty of sunbeds, but on weekends the Spanish have day passes in the hotel and a few guests were unable to find sunbeds but fair play the lifeguard and I believe the manager of the hotel did manage to find more beds. Reception staff were very polite and helpful thank you. What can I say about the entertainment team they were fabulous especially Simon (Simone on quiz nights) he was really good at his job and looked after everybody think he deserves a pay rise !!!! I will definitely return to this fabulous hotel as do the majority of guests. If you are a solo traveller like me the hotel is ideal as everyone looks out for you. Thank you.
