Nice hotel, a little tired but spotlessly clean, great service, overall very good
Nice, quiet hotel in a lovely location right on the beach. The hotel was last renovated a good few years ago and its showing its age in places, some cracked tiling, flaking paint etc. that said, the rooms are roomy, comfortable with a separate bedroom and sitting area and spotlessly clean. The all inclusive food is of a really good standard, plenty of entertainment laid on and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Only been here a few days but really enjoying our stay, here another week and a half.

No late room checkouts
This hotel does not deserve it's stated rating. It needs a total refurbishment. Also, TUI need to change its policy regarding late checkout. This request was not available when we booked this holiday despite the fact that TUI knew our return flight times. Dont be fooled by the rude reception staff at the hotel stating that you have to go to reception on the morning of departure to see if there is availability only to be told "not possible". Also the TUI Blue app does not work when requesting this facility when at the hotel. We were left in the unbearable heat and humidity (non existent air-conditioning throught the whole hotel) for nearly 7-hours before our pickup for the airport. Eviction from your room is at 12:00 on the day of departure. Totally unacceptable. Definitely won't be returning to this hotel or booking other holidays with TUI if this option is not available at time of booking.

Mixed Views This Time
We have just returned from this hotel. On the whole we had a good time. Food, drink and service was very good although not the standard we had experienced in March 2025. Our upgraded room was a little shabby and certainly the carpet in the seating area needed a good clean, however the views from the large balcony on the third floor were amazing. The weather was fabulous and to that effect the public rooms were so very uncomfortable due to no air con being switched on. The only relief we had was when the entertainment was ended and we could get a seat outside the bar. Alter this experience we will not be visiting Tui Blue Princess again.

Mixed review, good and bad
A lovely hotel although starting to look a bit shabby and in need of an upgrade. The food was good, with plenty of choice although limited availability for gluten free. Nightly entertainment was good although not enough seats and tables around the entertainment area. The staff, in the main, were warm and friendly with the exception of a couple of staff in the restaurant where the service was often poor, especially at breakfast. Our week break was £850 and wouldn't want to pay more than that.

The hotel itself is nice, the staff are wonderful. It is not 5* more 3/4.
The location is remote, nothing really around, no nice walks but good options for travelling to other areas. It lacks love and care and is generally unkempt and not very clean.
The room was lovely, large and bed very comfortable. The housekeeping was spot on and the balcony equipped with table and chairs and sunbeds. Air con does NOT exist in this hotel, anywhere, it is a fan at best. For such a hot country, this is really a let down.
The food is what would be expected from all inclusive (personal taste - needs seasoning and to be hot!). Decent drinks and not bad service for lunch and dinner.
The entertainment was great. Good quality acts and the activity staff were fabulous and welcoming and friendly.
The check in was great (very late arrival but greeted with a smile and a cold buffet available for us) lovely reception team.
The checkout was the worst I've experienced in all my years travelling, the luggage room was full so our bags had to stay in the reception hall. Not great.
It was, overall, like a hostel/camping experience, but worse. Having to use public toilets to get changed with other people, use a communal gym shower to get ready because despite every Thursday apparently being the busiest check in/out day, only one room can be booked for every guest checking out (no ability for late check out) the guest room for a shower etc was fully booked by 9am. This spoiled our last day, I booked the taxi to the airport early just to keep cool.
We met great people had a lovely relaxing time, but wouldn't return.
