Just what we needed
From arrival to departure we were treated so well. Our room on the 9th floor was spotlessly clean on arrival and was kept clean during our two week stay.
We found the food to be good. A wide variety meaning hubby could have a burger and I could have fish. I struggle to decide what to make for the two of us so to have such a range of choice suited us.
Location - not somewhere to go if you want to explore everyday but there are excursions and a free shuttle bus into Puerto Mogan.
We got involved in the daytime activities and thorougly enjoyed them. Granted there aren't as many to choose from as there may be at other hotels but more than enough for us.
What made our stay so good were the staff. Always met with a smile. Special shout out to restaurant/bar staff Omar, Israel and Miguel (who makes fabulous cocktails) as well as Bluefit instructor's Sophia and Nela - we're missing Aqua Aerobics! Peter the Guide was very friendly and chatty.
The evening entertainment was much improved from the last time we visited in 2019 helped by the lovely My, Simon and Simona. We fell in love with Simon in particular. He worked long days leading activities during the day and entertainment in the evening. He is just brilliant. Simona stole my heart. She makes the whole room glow and is a real diamond. It felt like without without Simona there'd be no show.
Tip - Book a private transfer through the hotel. It's a lot cheaper than Tui and we managed to make it to the bar on arrival day when we wouldn't have on the coach. Tip - If you're bothered by people vaping everywhere (and I mean everywhere) don't book.
Nice but wouldn’t return
The hotel is clean, tidy and well presented. Our room was of a good size and standard, overlooking the sea. There was a good variation of meals and allergens are clearly labelled for each dish. Coeliacs are well catered for which to us is a huge benefit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives… there are not enough staff at the pool bar and we regularly queued for drinks. This could be rectified by allowing self service of soft drinks. The sunbeds are very close together but outside space is limited and you can always get a sunbed.

Negative and rude elderly bar lady
I will start with my only negative. The first full night of my stay i asked for a large beer at the piano bar. This elderly Lady brought me a small glass back. When I pointed out that I wanted a large glass she snarled at me and said this was the only size glass she had. She then snarled do you want two or four. The other bar staff looked on in amazement with one even apologising for her attitude the next night. Now for the many positives. It was my fourth visit in four years and also my wedding aniversary. We were allocated room 9018 on the top floor of the hotel which was fantastic. Every other member of the staff we met were cheerful and very positive in their roles, The food was varied and great. The pool and area are well looked after and the pool bar is a great place to sit and have a cool drink.There is entertainment in the piano bar most nights and entertainment outside the main bar every night. The drinks are very nice and plenty of choices available. Ive gave the hotel five stars as I dont want one nasty member of the staff affecting the great work of the rest. I dont think we will go back next year as the way I was spoken to from that Bar lady is something ive never experienced before.

Perfect holiday.
It was a beautyfull stay in TUI BLUE Suite Princess for the 12th time. We will come back. Very nice people. Complements!
