Thanks to its excellent location in one of the main tourist resorts in Gran Canaria, its complete and comfortable facilities and the quality of its services will make each stay unforgettable. The airport can be reached within a 20-minute car ride. The rooms are equipped with cosy beds and the needed amenities to please all types of guests. The property offers activities to be entertained and have a fun holiday. Business travellers might use the function rooms and then relax at the spa. Families will also enjoy a children's playground and the outdoor pool area.

Definitely five stars
We are currently staying at this fabulous hotel in Gran Canaria. Rooms are excellent & the food is just another level for a hotel with lots of choices included in the all inclusive package. But the best part of our stay is definitely the staff…all incredibly friendly & helpful from the restaurant staff to the pool guys all amazing. Would definitely recommend for a five star experience.

Modern rooms but nothing else…
The room was beautiful and clearly newly renovated – modern, stylish, and one of the better parts of the stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else let us down. Housekeeping was poor: the room was barely wiped down and they essentially just made the bed. We had to leave early and, despite the hotel not being full and the fact that we upgraded our room on site, management refused any refund and stuck rigidly to their 90-day policy. Check-in never mentioned that restaurant reservations needed to be made in advance, so we missed out on several places. Waiters offered almost no help with food recommendations. The resort feels very much geared toward families with children, and the hallways were noisy. We won’t be returning.

Great experience (again)
This is our 2nd stay in the Paradisus after 2024 and we again really like it. We visited initially in December 2024, where it was consequently a little bit less busy. The staff is really great, be it in the restaurants, the Ginger / Vibra bars, but also the trainers (Tabata with Nadia was great !!!). For fish lovers, the lemon fish restaurant is really great, we loved the salad with fish and jalapeno dressing, nice ! The food hall / market hall also is really good, if the seats in the restaurants are booked. Gym is ok. We had a room with see view, which is really good. We will be back.

Not 5 star - beware of the aggressive timeshare pitch
Firstly, this hotel is not 5 star. Whilst we did not have a bad time, and the amenities and location are good, the approach of their staff in hounding me into a lengthy and goth pressure sales pitch for a timeshare was shocking. I was called, had a note put under my door and approached in person twice by a staff member under the pretense of a "welcome gift and personalised invitation" which turned out to be an information mining exercise to sell me a timeshare. I have never experienced this before in any other true 5 star hotel.
Secondly on check out they attempted to charge me for an €18 carbonara that we simply did not have. I see I am not the only other person to have experienced this.
In summary - hotel was fine but their extremely aggressive and dishonest approach to trying sell me a timeshare means I will never, ever stay at any melia group hotel again.

Perfect holiday
Perfect holiday! Literally perfect, the hospitality, food, drinks, reserve was amazing. We have loved Paradisus Gran Canaria. Special mentions to Monette who made every breakfast and lunch so welcoming and Marta whose check in experience was fantastic. Thank you everyone <3
