Thanks to its excellent location in one of the main tourist resorts in Gran Canaria, its complete and comfortable facilities and the quality of its services will make each stay unforgettable. The airport can be reached within a 20-minute car ride. The rooms are equipped with cosy beds and the needed amenities to please all types of guests. The property offers activities to be entertained and have a fun holiday. Business travellers might use the function rooms and then relax at the spa. Families will also enjoy a children's playground and the outdoor pool area.

Great Stay
We came to Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria with very high expectations, and I’m so happy to say that it really did live up to them. We had such a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The modern design is really impressive, and everything is so clean and well looked after. Everywhere you go, the hotel looks amazing and you can tell a lot of effort goes into maintaining it.
The spa is a DEFINITE recommendation! I had a facial with Elise, and it was honestly amazing. It was so relaxing and the treatment was done really well. I would definitely recommend booking a treatment if you stay here — it was definitely one of my highlights!
The staff are also one of the best things about the hotel. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and it was really easy to communicate with everyone as staff spoke both English and Spanish. We were always greeted with a smile, which made us feel really welcome. A special shoutout to Papi, who worked around the pool. He was always so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely seeing him throughout our stay.
Our room was always lovely and clean, and the minibar was regularly restocked. The housekeeping team did a great job and we were really happy with our room throughout our stay.
The pools are another big highlight. They are really clean and spacious, and there were plenty of sun loungers, so we never had a problem finding somewhere to relax. The poolside snack bar was also great and really convenient for getting food and drinks during the day.
There is so much to do at the hotel, so you definitely won’t get bored. There are activities for all ages, including the teen club and children’s clubs, as well as things like yoga and clay sculpting. There is also live entertainment in the evenings and even stargazing, which was such a lovely experience.
We also went to Scala Gran Canaria, which is located right next to the hotel. As guests staying at Paradisus, we were able to get a huge discount on tickets, which was a great bonus. The show itself was honestly such a fantastic evening, with amazing performances, music and entertainment. The whole production was really impressive and it was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. I would really recommend going to see it if you stay at the hotel.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, so there is lots of variety throughout your stay. We did find that there could have been more vegetarian options, as the choice was a little limited at times. However, there was still plenty of food to choose from and we enjoyed our meals overall.
We loved having the beach so close as well. It was great being able to choose between relaxing by the pool or heading down to the sea. The showers near the beach and pools were also really useful for washing off the sand and salt water.
We also visited the Maspalomas Dunes, which were absolutely beautiful and definitely worth seeing while in Gran Canaria.
Overall, we had such a fantastic stay at Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria.

Outstanding. Never dissapoints! 🙌
This was our third consecutive stay at Paradisus by Gran Meliá, and once again it didn't disappoint.
What keeps us coming back is the consistently warm, genuine hospitality. It's always lovely to see familiar faces, which says a lot about the hotel and the team behind it.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with lovely grounds, excellent facilities, and direct access to a fantastic beach. The buffet offers a great variety of fresh food, and our favourite restaurants were Khanna and MasCalzone.
A real highlight this year was watching Spain win the World Cup at the hotel. The atmosphere was brilliant, with a fantastic spread laid on for guests

It was a few weeks ago that we stayed at Gran Canaria Paradisus, and all I can say is that the staff were absolutely amazing. On the 3rd day of our holiday, my husband had an accident and shattered his shoulder while walking to the shop across the street. A lovely family picked him up and took him back to the hotel. The staff at the hotel entrance were right there to assist my husband and make him feel comfortable. After that, they did everything to make me feel safe and cared for in my husband's absence. He was in the hospital for a week and had surgery; when he returned to the hotel, the staff were so caring and accommodating. We truly felt at home in this hotel, Paradisus.
I would like to name everyone, but sadly I don't know everyone's name, so these are the names I do know: Ludivico, Raul, Nestor, Christian, Marion, and Victoria in Concierge. Jose and Abrihim in Ginger. Basicolo, Alessio, and Itsia in the restaurants. Maria and the others doing the mini bar. The people at reception. Marvalys at the reserve. Consider everyone graciously thanked. I do apologize for not knowing everyone's names, as it was quite chaotic when we left. We love you all and can't wait to return.

Best smash burger you’ll ever have!!!
Fantasy hotel!! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive. The BEST smash burger I’ve ever had ( and I’ve been to USA many times) . staff were fantastic jonas yohan Jonatan and Brahmin a big shout out to these guys!! I didn’t ever need to order my drinks as they noticed we drank the same every night so we were just told to sit down. Cocktails amazing!!! Entertainment I thought could’ve been better but we were on a family holiday so going bed at a reasonable time was ideal!! The pool area we never struggled getting a bed. The adults only restaurant is a must!!!!! Really impressed with the food! Looking to book best year in a different location! I highly recommend
Lovely stay at Paradisus
We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you arrive.
What really made our holiday special was the exceptional service from the staff. A huge thank you to Javi at Ginger, Potes at Shack, Robert at Lemon Fish, Raul from Concierge, Abrahan at Ginger, and Estefan from the Entertainment team. Every one of them was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond to help, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests.
Their professionalism and kindness made our stay enjoyable, and they are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you all for making our holiday such a memorable one!
