This beautifully decorated hotel is located on the highest spot of San Agustín in the south of the popular holiday island of Gran Canaria. San Agustin beach and Maspalomas with its scenic dunes are within a short driving distance. The airport is conveniently located just about 20-minute car ride away from the complex. The rooms are equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities to make each stay the most unforgettable one. Guests will be delighted to spend the day by the pool sunbathing or having a refreshing swim while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Kids can also have fun in an area special for them. The hotel offers delicious food options to please all types of guests.

Summer holiday, family of 4..
Spent 10 nights here in the middle of August with wife, 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son.
The hotel is located in a quiet area at the top of a hill, around a 20 minute walk from St Agustin shopping centre. A taxi into the Irish part and Yumbo centre of playa del ingles was around €10, so not too bad. The nearest beach was around a 10 minute walk, but down a lot of steps.
The food was your normal all inclusive, repetitive, but there was always a choice you could find to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fresh with lots of salad, fruit and a small kids section too. Drinks were decent too, serve yourself, unless you wanted cocktails or spirits.
The hotel was clean and staff were constantly working to keep it that way, the pool areas were great and the kids had great fun in the pools and on the slides. The room was big with a separate bedroom for adults, bathroom a good size, cleaned daily and towels topped up.
The entertainment staff were good, evening entertainment was ok, not my cup of tea, but people seemed to enjoy it.
Lack of bar area around the pools and the hotels location were the only reason I gave it 4. Excellent holiday had by all, a nice hotel…
Great anniversary week away. Recommended
A week away for our 30th wedding anniversary. In this lovely hotel. Top of a hill in San Agustín with a great view down to the Maspalomas dunes in the distance.( 5.5 mile walk if your interested to lighthouse) .
From arrival all staff super friendly seamless check in. We did arrive 3 hours late thanks Jet2. No worries 24 hour AI so could get a couple of drinks and a snack.
Room spacious and clean. Water left in room and a fridge. Rooms cleaned daily.No issues at all with room or lifts.
Huge complex a few pools we had access to adults only pool so nice and quiet.
AI drinks very good. We had branded spirits and a huge selection got served very quickly even at peak times. There were self serv pumps for beer Amstel Wine and soft drinks.
Food has been great this is our last night and apparently an Asian inspired menu tonight. What’s also great is snack bar is open 11 hours per day as well. With plenty of choice which has come in handy if miss a meal sitting. Even at 2130 they were bringing out fresh pizza and burgers with fruit also available.
A free bus leaves twice a day to the dunes which we have used and then walked back. Although bus does also come back twice a day.
We have stayed in Gran Canaria a few times this has been best hotel yet.
In summary Friendly staff nice room great drinks and food. Pools amazing. Had a really lovely week away and would highly recommend to anyone.

Good food, clean and fun for kids
This hotel offers a clean room, great food and adequate entertainment for the kids. Located 30mins coach ride from rhe airport and a 10min walk from a nice beach, the location was another positive

Lack of personnel
First time here and based on the holiday price expectations were higher compared to what we received. A big lack of employees, which led to big queues on nearly everything . Good food but tables not cleaned , queues big as 20min , same at any bar. Beach was nice though. Water fridges everywhere so at least you could hydrate. A big thank you to Ebru, she was very polite and helpful, making our holiday more pleasant. Overall family experience was ok but not wow.

Was ok but wouldnt rush back. Changed rooms as we were given rooms directly on the skip bins for the whole hotel refuge . The smell was awful. When i requested a room change i was told that we could move to a different room but its much worse (serious!) And no one else has ever complained ( ok!) Eventually moved the following day, much better. Found the food repetative, most dishes were pork based. Good allegy signs out. But no gluten free bread.
Pools were veru good,rooms were clean amd fresh towels everu day.
