A week în the canarian heaven
It is one of the best hotels I ever experienced, and I travel a lot for business and as a turist. Spotless clean, with beautiful view, well equipped rooms, quiet area, perfect service, very good and diverse entertainment , excelent food. Perfect!!!
Welcoming to vegetarians and food allergies
Loved it. First solo trip. I emailed the hotel in advance regarding my dietary needs, being all inclusive I was worried as I'm vegetarian and allergic to oranges. Checked with reception at check in, and they gave me a red card to show restaurant manager at meals.
The chef was informed at each of my visits and guided me through each section of the buffet and told me what was and wasn't safe to have.. if there was something I wanted that had oranges as part of the display, the chef made me a personal dish with what I wanted such as cheese and fruit. They even offered to bring in veggie burgers, falafel and tofu dishes for me if I requested.
Amazing friendly, polite, welcoming staff, clean hotel with lovely facilities, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
Family holiday
Fantastic experience amazing staff so friendly and helpful. Entertainment throughout the day & night Ayman the activity organiser absolutely fun friendly & a amazing sense of humour can't wait to go back.
Beautiful week away
Hotel was clean and in a beautiful setting. We had a sea view and our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable bed. Fridge and kettle and complimentary coffee and herbal teas. Staff were very friendly and helpful and food was plentiful, lots of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Was a nice touch for the chefs to come out of the kitchen to greet guests. Table service for drinks was nice too. We never found the restaurants full and time frame for meals was excellent. Overall opinion was fabulous hotel and should have been rated 4 star plus. Pool areas clean and never had a problem finding a sun bed. Some people left towels on beds for hours which is selfish if not using them. Beach was clean and for 2 beds and a parasol it was €9 which is very reasonable. All in all, a truly wonderful holiday.
Fantastic little hotel
A fantastic week away, this is a small to medium, quiet hotel. Never a fight for sunbeds, never too far away from the pool or the bar. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Plenty of entertainment but not over the top like in some places. Food is good- I won’t say it’s gourmet but there is enough variety to cater for everyone. All inclusive package is great. Shop on site is really handy.
Overall fantastic but a few small things-
No rubbish bin in the room apart from a small bathroom bin- rubbish that didn’t fit in there was not removed by cleaners
We were told check in was from 2pm, but at 2pm our room wasn’t ready and were then told check in is between 2 and 4pm. It wasn’t a problem but it’s not advertised like this.
Bath towels for the room were tiny, I would bring my own if returning
Saturday night there was a group of people in the pool until almost 9pm (pool closes at 6) and they were extremely noisy and rowdy and it made things uncomfortable for those at the bar waiting for entertainment to start
