Corallium Beach Hotel by Lopesan Hotels

Staying for a week 2 - 9 Sep 26. Very quiet area but situated by the beach. Ideal for mixing the day with the sea and pools in the hotel should you so wish. Lovely if you just simply want a holiday to relax. For me this is ideal for couples rather than solo but everyone has a choice. Can still do lots of things ie excursions and nice walks along a really nice coastline. Not much surrounding nightlife though but still places to go and the buses are very cheap to a lively night out if required. Nice quiet atomosphere in the hotel and you will feel that relaxation. The rooms are well presented and everywhere is cleaned to a very well. Cannot fault that. You could fit 4 of me in the standard double bed with a side sea view. Towels provided for not only the pool which can be exchanged but also for yourselves in the room after showering. Kettle, coffee etc provided including a fridge. Had my own coffee but milk and bottled water purchased from the shop onsite...the tv tells you what is going on that day in the hotel which is a nice touch and plenty of information is available to read. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap is provided in the shower plus hand soap and body lotion by the sink..Sanitary bags, toilet tissues, toilet rolls and shower caps are displayed should they be required. The Balcony has a table with 2 x chairs and a place to hang wet towels etc. Lots of nice touches in the rooms but the outside balcony could do with painting. Considering the size of the hotel i haven't seen many people utilizing the balconies much. Without realising prior to booking, the hotel has a no smoking policy on the balconies which for me has been a real let down. Was looking forward to morning coffees and a cigarette, watch the world go by but have to go down 5 floors to either go outside the hotel or its designated areas. So annoying. The facilities are good with a massage place in the hotel and a gym with a shop onsite. I never used the gym or the massage place so cannot comment but from the outside it all looks nice. The hotel has entertainment each day which varies, plus in the evenings by the pool area. The food caters for all and has a good selection of everything..A mediteranian restaurant is available also should half board members or self caterers wish to purchase anything else during the day but the restaurant can also provide this service..Overall the hotel and all it provides is genuinely really nice but for myself i won't come back simply due to the no smoking policy on the room balconies and feel very dissapointed as i thought it was just the norm you could and to then come here and find that out..mmmm

Stayed here in April this year for a solo trip, had a wonderful time. Great location with good opportunity for jogs along the beach. Great food options for all meals. I appreciate that the staff respected if you wanted personal space, and at the same time very welcoming.
