The Servatur Terrazamar & Sunsuite resort complex, located on a sunny slope in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, offers three distinct properties: Terrazamar, Sunsuites, and Royal. Just a short walk from the beach and the bustling tourist center with its shops and entertainment, the resort is conveniently situated across from the area's newest shopping centers. The recently renovated apartments feature spacious, well-equipped rooms with all the comforts of home, including fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and stunning terraces. Guests can enjoy access to all resort facilities, regardless of their chosen accommodation type. Superior Apartment With Jacuzzi Terrazamar guests receive complimentary bathrobes and slippers, pool towels, snacks, sparkling wine, and extra pillows. The complex boasts heated outdoor pools, a restaurant serving a breakfast buffet, and a pool bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks. Active guests can take advantage of the tennis court, while families with children will appreciate the playground and miniclub. Public transport is available 300 meters away, and parking is also provided. Please note: The Royal pool is closed during the winter season, and the miniclub is temporarily closed. From June 24th onward, continental breakfast is served at the pool bar starting at 9:00 am. A tourist tax of €0. 15 per person, per night will be applied by the property starting November 3, 2025.

Lovely relaxing stay, great balcony.
Normally go half board but booked last minute looking for self catering apts and found this hotel. Reviews were generally very positive and could see why after staying here. Booked Royal Sun suite (room 3407) top floor beneath rooftop pool, amazing views which had spacious balcony with whirlpool tub, along with loungers & other outdoor furniture other rooms had. Robes, slippers, pool towels and drinks left in fridge. As other guests said you get used to the various lifts to go up and down but it didn't take time & preferable to walking up steep hill in the heat! Plenty of pools always loungers available. Place may be too quiet for some, not much in way of entertainment but you're a 5 min walk from reception level to get to centre with lots of bars/restaurants plus Mogan Mall for good shopping brands. There for world cup final, amazing atmosphere! About 15 min walk to get local buses, went to Las Palmas & Maspalomas by bus, took ferry to Puerto de Mogan which is beautiful. Local beach loungers reasonable price tho didn't use. Totally enjoyed the stay, would book again or other Servatur hotel in other resorts if similar apts.

Close to everything.
Location is great, close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Beach is maybe 20 min walk, loads of taxis to help u get back if needed. Bus stop is only 10 minutes walk, you can get the 91 to the north side of the island, cost €8.40 per person, it dose take over an hour to get to the north.
Rooms are ok, looked a bit dated but can't really go wrong. The price has really jumped up in the last few years and with nothing extra to show for it. This is the 3rd (maybe last) time we have stayed here. Aircon and fan in the room, cleaners are great and sort out everything.
Atmosphere is nice and chill, they have pool exercise from time to time and a kids club. The pool restaurant has all sorts it's priced the same as must restaurant in the centre €12 for a burger.
For being so close to the main centre of restaurants and pubs the noise level at night is next to zero, we are on the higher levels, floor 7, which is a bit further away.
As with any hotel, it seems they haven't sorted out the sun lounges situation. Be there for 10 and get your towl down or hope you just get lucky. Right now there are over 30 with towls and no one to be seen.

I would just like to say a big thank you and say how much myself and my husband were very much looked after during our visit to the Terezzamar Sunsuits in May.
We arrived on the 28th of May, and my husband was admitted to the San Roque hospital and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and was admitted to ICU for over a week then to a normal ward- he received the most excellent care.
I would like to highlight two of your employees in particular who went above and beyond with their kindness and compassion to us both – from calling an ambulance and accompanying the paramedics to our apartment room and translating to them in English.
I don’t know their surnames, but it is Sarah and Rafael who both work on reception. Each day I saw Sarah she always took the time to ask how my husband and I were and helped and guided me where to catch the local bus to the hospital and any other information I needed. All the staff were nice and helped if I needed anything which really helped to alleviate the stress I was under.
Once again thank you to SERVATUR and all your wonderful staff.
Summer holiday
Just back from Terrazmar sunsuite hotel great friendly staff boys in pool bar were very attentive at all times very clean apartments great size of balconies we stayed in one with a whirlpool we went bed and breakfast the food was lovely plenty of choice staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you Reception staff were very helpful not that we needed to go a lot but one day we got locked out of the safe within minutes there was someone there to reset it it is the best location you just go to the back gate and you are near enough in the commercial centre the bakery and shop and bar over the road are also very nice and friendly lovely food out of the bakery some of the hotels are on the hillside but this is one of the best locations there is a path that takes you down to the beach the only thing we missed was no entertainment and nothing for kids but you are so near all entertainment in commercial I can see why but we missed just coming back to the hotel and having a drink before going to bed but we had a really good holiday for two weeks one of the best for us not too noisy music blaring also pool bars Happy hour makes great cocktails well done Terrazamar Hotel .

Would stay again, but get what you pay for
Stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. Overall, good experiences and would stay here again, but you do get what you pay for.
Great location, close to Mogan Mall and walking distance from beach etc. Love the pool of the royal, and the pool bar is good.
Have had a couple of issues in the past, like air con not working or the key not unlocking our door (which when you're one of the furthest rooms away from reception and have to go multiple times, this is frustrating).
No issues with noise level, and cleanliness as expected for this standard of hotel.
