The Servatur Terrazamar & Sunsuite resort complex, located on a sunny slope in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, offers three distinct properties: Terrazamar, Sunsuites, and Royal. Just a short walk from the beach and the bustling tourist center with its shops and entertainment, the resort is conveniently situated across from the area's newest shopping centers. The recently renovated apartments feature spacious, well-equipped rooms with all the comforts of home, including fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and stunning terraces. Guests can enjoy access to all resort facilities, regardless of their chosen accommodation type. Superior Apartment With Jacuzzi Terrazamar guests receive complimentary bathrobes and slippers, pool towels, snacks, sparkling wine, and extra pillows. The complex boasts heated outdoor pools, a restaurant serving a breakfast buffet, and a pool bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks. Active guests can take advantage of the tennis court, while families with children will appreciate the playground and miniclub. Public transport is available 300 meters away, and parking is also provided. Please note: The Royal pool is closed during the winter season, and the miniclub is temporarily closed. From June 24th onward, continental breakfast is served at the pool bar starting at 9:00 am. A tourist tax of €0. 15 per person, per night will be applied by the property starting November 3, 2025.

Feel like the hotel need total upgrade. Paintwork.kitchen updated, wire put away correctly etc. The reception area was not very good as staff were sitting watching video or just talking to others. One lift stop working. Wobbly stair railing right at the top. Cleaning did the bear minimum bed was no Madame correctly. All in all I won’t be coming back
R & R Holiday
First time visiting the sunsuites and we weren't dissapointed check in was excellant with all information ready for us room on 7th floor spotless with aircon on so nice n cool when we arrived and a bottle of water in fridge. Pool was lovely spotless clean loads of sunbeds n umbrellas poolbar staff spot on. The only let down is the bar area very small n a constant smell of cooking oil from bar also closed at 11pm so couldn't have a last drink on way home. But overall we would return as it was a perfect relaxing holiday

Needs alot of upgrading its little run down only good things are the lovelt balcany and air con.the old lady on reception was very cheeky not a good look plus the little shop a leak floor was alway wet and really bad smell would i stop there again probly not its a bad look when your front of house is abrupt and cheeky not a good start
Great location for access down to commercial centre.
We have just returned from terrazamar, and whilst we e mailed ahead to request the middle section we were still put up in the sun suites royal…. Dont get me wrong they’re ok, but it takes 3/4 lots of lifts down to get into town…. Which does make this place ideal location. However, most of the lifts aren’t working and haven’t been since here last March. . so lots of waiting about. The rooms in the royal, to me are really quite ropey now… in need of updating. But… it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I’d quite like to see more of the maid though. And towels changed each day. I’d return purely for it’s location , just not right at the top.

Lovely Hotel
Brilliant hotel, staff extremely pleasant and attentive, rooms very clean and comfortable, pool area very good, breakfast great, couldn’t fault any of it, would definitely return, A+++++
