Amazing place to stay
Had an amazing stay here with my husband the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed they were cleaned 5 days out the seven the staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming the pool area was always kept clean and the bar was excellent for food and drinks and the prices were really good the location was perfect for walking everywhere and even better that you had an entrance in and out down near the pool area which cut out the very big hills to the reception entrance I will definitely be back to stay here and would recommend to anyone also there is a supermarket across the road so made it so convenient for self catering

Amazing stay here. Location was ideal, walking distance to the shopping centre and beach. Rooms were perfect, cleaned regularly. The pool area was also amazing, including the pool bar which had great food and cocktails. Staff were lovely, from the reception staff to the pool bar staff and the cleaning staff everyone was very helpful. The hotel made our holiday without a doubt, would definitely recommend.
Great holiday in Puerto Rico.
We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Maracaibo. Travelled with husband and 16 year old son. Apartments were spotless, maids in every day. Beds were comfy. We stayed in a deluxe 1 bedroom apartment room 515. Had an amazing view of the beach and the location was excellent, really central. Short walk from beach, commercial centre and the mall. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Bar staff were lovely, Happy hour was great value, ate there on a Thursday at the hotel bar - which was steak night, really great value and was one of our best meals on the holiday. Would highly recommend going here. Pool was lovely, although it’s small, we didn’t have any bother getting a sunbed, weather was fab during our week there. Small supermarket right across the road for essentials. Air conditioning with deluxe room is included, only in main living area so bedroom got a bit warm but we just left the bedroom door open. Safe was also included. Had to ask reception for robes as weren’t in the room but showed them booking with Jet2 says they were included so we got them straight away.

Great location Very friendly staff Very clean Only thing I’d say is furniture in room wasn’t the most comfortable but you don’t much time there
