There are a host of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, cafés as well as a pulsing nightlife located in the surrounding area. The airport is about 30 minutes drive away. This hotel greets visitors with elegant décor, attentive service and welcoming atmosphere. Travellers may totally unwind in cosy and completely furnished rooms with convenient amenities. The swimming pool and paddling pool are waiting for great splashing moments. The youngest ones may let off steam at the playground while adults lounge with a refreshing drink at the poolside bar or soak up the sun of the sun terrace.

A perfect holiday!!
Our stay at this apartment complex was absolutely wonderful. The apartments are neat and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the room with a private pool, which gave us a super luxurious and exclusive feeling throughout our vacation.The amenities at the complex are fantastic. You can order a delicious cava sangria at the bar, which is highly recommended! They also serve excellent tapas—make sure to try the garlic prawns in chili oil! Furthermore, the reception sells water, wine, beer, sodas, and ice cream at very reasonable prices. For example, a bottle of Rueda wine costs only 5 euros and actually tastes great. A special shoutout goes to Valentina at the front desk, who is extremely friendly and makes sure you have a completely carefree holiday.Location-wise, it takes about a 15-minute walk to get to the city center, which means you get to sleep in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Just keep one thing in mind: if you stay in Room 1, you might experience some noise in the evening or night from guests returning home, as the room is located right next to the elevator. However, we did not find this to be a major disturbance.In short, we had a delightful holiday experience here. Just book it!

Lovely staff
Hotel was absolutely lovely staff were amazing and attentive especially the reception staff. Cleaning gets done everyday and there is a shop a minutes walk away. I have never felt more welcomed and safe at a hotel before I recommend highly.

Lovely hotel and holiday 🏖️
Really lovely hotel. We received an unexpected upgrade and the view is incredible. The staff are all really nice and very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Would definitely return.

couples holiday 10 days
Myself and my girlfriend arrived at the Maracaibo apartment/hotel on Friday the 18th of September, we were greeted excellently by Valentina who gave us a small tour of the place and presented up with our keys, after a few days we had a small misfortune of having some ants that were in the room and as I went to reception and said it, they immediately got the head cleaner down to have a look and they got rid of the problem but it did come back so we got upgraded to another room (paid for 5 days of it) and we got the other 2 days free which we both thought was brilliant. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and we will be back for sure. QUICK TIP instead of walking up and down the main hill the taxi drops you off at, try going down the road of the small gate (east facing) they give you the code of when you enter your room, it is a much easier walk than going up and down the hill.
