This complex is opposite the beach and marina of Puerto Rico, with views over the port and gardens. The airport is at 45 km away. The resort is an excellent choice for a family holiday, with its many activities and stunning views of the beautiful harbor of Puerto Rico. Access to the beach is a pleasant short walk via the marina, or guests might prefer lounging on the spacious sun deck around the pool. The resort offers several flats, fitted with high standard amenities including fully equipped rooms. For guests entertainment, around hotel can be founded pubs, restaurants, and nightspots of the town are all within easy reach. Most important, it is an excelent idea come to this complex to enjoy the best climate in the world with family and friends.

No air con spoilt our holiday
So good and not so good points
Room- nice size kitchen well equipped everything you need including full size fridge freezer bed comfortable shower good with plenty of hot water Room was cleaned to a high standard big balcony with lovely views First morning turned the coffee machine on snd it tripped all the switches so maintenance were in our room all day until about 4pm trying to fix it so we couldn’t use the room all day Air con didn’t work we reported it but no one came to fix it so 9 days without air con in 26 degree heat was a nightmare air con is a priority when on holiday. we had to leave the patio doors open but there is a busy main road with bus stop outside our balcony so road noise was really bad also WiFi wasn’t great there was no mirror in the bedroom only in the living room next to the tv
Pool - opens at 10am which ment no rushing to put towels down which was nice plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas pool was nice temperature pool bar/restaurant was good the life guards were more like security guards very strict rules David was friendly always coming round and chatting but the life guard who covered his days off was very unfriendly didn’t speak English do just thrust his phone in your face with a message
Hotel - good location good selection of restaurants opposite the hotel all very good also nice supermarket opposite it’s a 10mins walk to main area there’s a bus stop outside caught the bus to Puerto de mogan Friday for market only €3.50 for 2 people well worth the visit.
So although mostly good the main thing was no air con and noisy road so will not be returning

Lazy mornings with no sunbed wars. A hidden gem!
We travelled as a family of 4 for a mini break of 4 nights and loved it here.
We hadn’t been self catering for a long while, but the kitchen in the apartment is modern and well equipped. The food in the hotel is great also. And pint is €3! Can’t go wrong.
We walked 6k round trip to a neighbouring port one day with turquoise water! And. Did a boat trip to puerto De Morgan one day which was lovely too. Only 30 mins there and back.
Room was modern and clean and balcony was huge!
My absolute favourite thing was the pool doesn’t open until 10 and sunbeds take ages to all go
First family holiday with teens
This hotel is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in was spotless . The balcony was huge and the view was spectacular. The vibe bar was also great the staff there couldn’t have done more .

I spent two lovely relaxing weeks here in a one bedroom apartment. This was a timeshare exchange. My apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and had an enormous balcony with a beautiful view. There is a very large pool surrounded by more than enough sunbeds. No need to get up early to bag one! There is an on-site restaurant which offers excellent reasonably priced breakfasts and other food during the day, including a couple of evenings with entertainment. Just over the road are a variety of other restaurants and a supermarket. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. On my last day I had a late flight and was able to book a room for the day at a very reasonable price. Only two small criticisms. There are no bellboys so you have to manage your own luggage, not really a problem because there are lifts. Also beware of the grid on the floor in the shower. Don’t tread on it because parts of it are sharp. I would certainly stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this resort

All you need for a break in the sun.

Daily walk to amadores - takes a good hour round trip.
Only niggle, hugely selfish people set alarm to put towels on sun loungers yet don’t appear for hours into late am or after lunch. Dont want to argue with humans however if your not in the pool vicinity then I think its fair to remove your item and take your parasol and lounger. Not everyone wants to stay by the pool all day maybe only few hours.
Recommendations - Life guard on duty should communicate with people that unless in the pool they will loose their bed.
