Wonderful Gloria Palace!
It was our second visit and we loved it all over again.
We based ourselves around the upstairs pool area, fabulous big sunbeds and the team who run the bar there are awesome.
Food always great.
Everywhere so clean.
We stayed all inclusive and wanted for nothing!

A great experience.
Our holiday at the Gloria Royal Palace Hotel and Spa, was everything we had expected. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was all you could wish for with a huge variety to choose from. The pool, bar and Spa meant you didn’t need to walk down to a crowded beach. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay at, when visiting Amadores.

Lovely hotel and enjoyed our stay as a group of 8, aged 16 - 82. Positives Hotel is immaculate Staff lovely, without exception Beds comfortable Pool is gorgeous
Cons
Situation with pool and towels is a bit silly. I am a very early riser. You cant leave towels on beds before 9. But cooked breakfast not ready till 8. so having to keep packing up and moving around just to leave bed for 20 mins. Would be better addressing people claiming beds at 9am and disappearing for hours!
Pool rules inconsistently applied. My brother and sons told they couldn't play with a ball. And they were being considerate of others. Throughout the week, loads of othed people with balls and inflatables not challenged.
Food, fine, but not amazing. Standard all inc really.
Sun beds around pool cramped and on top of each other.
Pool table broken for 10 days we were there.
Location, not ideal for me / our party. Very little to do in immediate vicinity.
All in all, a lovely holiday, in a lovely hotel, but location not for us, so probably wouldnt return.
