Situated in the northern side of Playa del Inglés, between the popular Avenida Tirajana and Avenida Gran Canaria. The closest sandy beach, reachable with convenient public transport links, is located approximately 2 km from the premises. There are also a number of shopping centres and entertainment sites located at around 800 m. The airport can be reached within a 20-minute ride. If guests prefer, they can have a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant or a couple of drinks in the pool bar. The outdoor pool area is perfect to sunbathe or have a refreshing swim. The rooms come with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Rondo Hotel
Do you know we arrived evening around 10pm from our flight. Transfer and drop offs around an hour. We checked in which was quick and easy. Complimentary drink and a salad put by for something to eat as restaurant was closed. Wow, our room was nice, big and clean. His and her sink and shower, sofa area, nice balcony, all looking good. Breakfast was OK, good selection if you like bacon and eggs, cereal, continental and pastries. I recommend the bacon, cooked fresh to your liking. Dinner was a La carte, fresh off the menu, not food sitting and waiting for you. Specials most nights. Food OK, the burger we asked well done but still blood in burger which put us off, ordering another. Recommend Ceasar salad, very nice. Now, outside the hotel, immediately next door there is a gay hotel, nothing against them but this is right next door with pictures all across the front of entrance and to the side showing men very intimate. I checked trip advisor and no mention... The hotel is not mentioned and families would be put off as the sights we saw every night, not a place for the faint hearted. Just disappointed as not mentioned in hotel about the area being so full on everywhere you looked. The hotel as I say next door not mentioned and for the first 3-4 days we were there, their music was played SO loud and I love music, it was deafening... Couldn't sit round the pool, very off putting... There were same couples both men and women at our hotel or on their own too. I can't knock the staff, very friendly, hotel very clean, just wish we could of picked the hotel up and moved it.
A real gem
I had another stay here from 18th May for 1 week.
I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and always had a fantastic stay. This time I stayed half board and I'm so glad I did. The breakfast is always great but the evening meal was fantastic. The restaurant stay are brilliant and no ask is ever too much. The rooms in this hotel are fantastic. I always request the same room and this is usually facilitated. On the one occasion it wasn't, I was placed in a room on a lower floor but it had the exact same lay out which suited me.
The hotel staff from reception to housekeeping are all amazing. This hotel is a gem and I highly recommend you try it. I have a further 3 stays already booked and im looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.
Amazing break
What an amazing hotel, we booked for 3 nights just as a little break and we had the best time. The sunbeds are so comfy, pool is gorgeous and everything is spotless. Staff are great and so friendly from the reception staff, bar staff and cleaners. Food was lovely, cooked fresh and I couldn’t fault a thing. Also to add the hotel is not that far from the beach if your ok with a walk, taxi is about 5 euros but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely Perfect Hotel 5 star
Just returned home after two weeks at this lovely hotel. Our room was on 5th floor and was a Superior Suite. Beautiful spacious room over looking the pool. I think it is the staff who make this hotel so special . Every single member of staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to the guy who made my omlette each morning. He was great, a real asset to the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing chilled hotel which is absolutely spotless. Would visit again !
A lovely gem of a hotel 100%
We landed late on a Friday night arrived around 8 was greeted by a very helpful and polite man on reception first thing he said free drink you've been travel long time help your self's the peach drink went down well the chap told us all we need to know. We signed in went to our room on second floor 223 room looking over Pool and the street the room was large clean fridge kettle large tv big bed sofa bed if needed. Some lovely little touches with free tooth brush ,tooth paste, hand soap , razors little things that go a long way. The hotel , loby pool area, all ways clean and fresh, breakfast was brilliant every day the choice was out standing the chap and lady doing the eggs how you want them cooked infront of you brilliant pancakes,,bacon to all brilliant there was a little grey heard man in the breakfast hall none stop cleaning filling things up clearing your finished plates, all ways happy all ways kind helpful a real credit to the hotel puts others to shame. The pool was warm clean plenty sun beds as normal some people come down towels out stay a little while then go back to there room leaving there stuff on the beds wrong but you get that everywhere. The spa,s were clean and a perfect addition to the pool area we used them plenty there is an out side toilet that was spotless as well .
An all-rounder hotel best place to stay i think in playa del ingles. There is a free bus and back to beach we enjoyed the 35 minute walk to the beach 45 on way back but go different ways there and back you will see so much it that walk and find so much you just don't know what's round the corner we was still surprised even on the last day..
