Another Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Margaritas and really enjoyed our holiday! The room was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent facilities and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, and we were really impressed with the facilities and amenities on offer. There was a great atmosphere around the hotel, and the staff were always happy, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after during our stay.
One of the highlights was the free shuttle bus to the beach, which was a fantastic bonus and made getting to and from the beach so easy and convenient.
Overall, we had a lovely experience at Barceló Margaritas. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities, friendly staff, and convenient transport to the beach made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return for another stay in the future!

Just ok
Food with all inclusive was average had alot better in other barcelo hotels. Communal hallways and rooms in need of alot of attention. Very tired. Shower pressure not very good

El hotel don’t go there
This hotel needs to get its act together it’s classed as 4 star the table service is terrible you have to go to the bar to place your order in the evenings if you don’t little luck of being served some of the tables around the pool have no qr codes so you can’t order the staff are brilliant but badly managed and under staffed there was a cockroach in my room on the 6th floor the food was boring and bland and waited ages for the empty trays to be replenished no entertainment around the pool no music no entertainment at night it’s been a horrible experience I won’t stay here again they have a family pool hotel for the family at half the price I paid music around the pool better food I fly out at 18.00 but my all inclusive ends at 12.00 come on guys sort this out (to the management)

Autumn break
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to beaches and local bars and restaurants. A free courtesy bus runs between the hotel and the beaches. Public transport bus stops are close by.
Avoid if you don’t want terrible customer service
A really disappointing end to our holiday, made worse by rude customer service.
Nobody told us that pool towels could only be collected between 10am and 12pm. When we needed replacements after ours had been taken from downstairs, we were told we had missed the collection window. Having paid for an all-inclusive stay, missing out on our planned day by the pool over something that hadn’t been explained was extremely frustrating.
What upset me most was the receptionist’s attitude. Rather than helping resolve the situation, she repeatedly questioned me about who had taken our towels. I explained that I hadn’t seen who took them, but she continued arguing with me.
We would have left a much more positive review otherwise, but this experience put a real dampener on our stay. Clear information and a polite, helpful response could have made all the difference. Based on how we were treated, we wouldn’t return.
