Great location (airport transfer took less than half an hour). The hotel is on a main road so the non seaview rooms can be a bit noisy The plus side of the location is that there is a proper supermarket next door and half a dozen bars within 5 minutes walk. The promenade along the seafront is also 5 mins walk. It’s worth mentioning that although there are a lot of steps from the promenade to the beach there are also two lifts.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies on reception who really do go the extra mile. The rooms are a good size and are kept spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The food won’t win any Michelin stars but it is ok. Having said that breakfast is great ranging from fruit and cereal up to a full English and they have the all important omelette station

Entertainment is variable. We saw a couple of great act and, unfortunately a couple of awful ones (if you see a Michael Jackson tribute on the programme go and hide)

All in all a good hotel and in answer to the key question: Yes, we would go back

Great place for couples and adults!

We came here for a week as a couple and had the best time. We’re quite well-travelled and have stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed.

The entertainment guy was absolutely brilliant! He had everyone up dancing around the pool, and I was crying with laughter — he was absolutely hilarious and really made the atmosphere.

The rooftop pool and bar were lovely and so peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink without any idiots kicking off! 😂

Nico was also fantastic — always so happy, friendly and fun. All of the staff were lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The cleaners did a fantastic job too. The whole hotel was very clean and well looked after, which made such a difference.

There was also plenty of choice when it came to food, so we were really impressed with the variety.

Overall, we had an amazing week and genuinely enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples and adults looking for a fun but relaxing break.

We stayed five nights and overall were very happy. Rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, and everything was always clean. The shower was great, with proper water pressure. There are two pool areas. The main pool has lots of entertainment like music, quizzes, and Zumba. We preferred the rooftop pool. It's quieter and more chilled, with two small pools and plenty of space. The pools are only deep enough to sit in but fine if you just want to cool off. We never struggled to find a sunbed, though a few more umbrellas would've been nice. Staff were very friendly, and drinks were decent. The location is convenient with bars nearby. Kasbah is about ten minutes away, and Yumbo Center is a bit further but still walkable. Yumbo is great for LGBTQ+ nightlife with drag shows and dancing late into the night. The beach is not far, although we didn't visit this time.

The main downside was the food. We weren't expecting much from all-inclusive, but it was unfortunately quite poor, especially for a vegetarian. I ended up eating lots of fries and vegetables. Worse, food labeling was sometimes wrong. Once a vegetarian pizza was labelled ham, and when I checked the signs were swapped. Worse, another time a pasta salad labeled just to contain veg turned out to be tuna. That really needs improvement. We'd stay again, but would book breakfast instead of all-inclusive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the facilities from the hotel - minus the food.
