Very nice hotel! Good personel! But Yudith was the best! Funny and goof times with her!!!!!!!!

We met Yudith in the buffet and she was absolutely lovely! She was super helpful, friendly and so funny. My daughter especially loved her and was so happy whenever she saw her. She really made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Yudith! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Busy hotel
Very busy hotel food very good due to the large amount of guests the pools and entertainment areas packed The public toilet facilities need to be better no toilet roll no soap in the dispensaries hand dryers not working Also on checkout the facilities are poor unable to get a room to clean up before a late flight

Amazing time had by all
Just arrived back and had a lovely week . The fact that you cannot reserve sun loungers without someone staying with them is great no one rushing at stupid o'clock to reserve the loungers and there was always loungers avaliable no matter what time throughout the day. The hotel is situated in a great location 10 minute walk from the beach there is quite a fee steps down to the beach location we took my father who is 69 and it was a bit of a climb back up for him. The hotel itself was great the rooms are spacious we had a fridge and kettle facilities and a sofa bed with the room. There is a pool bar at both pools and a snack bar inside thats open till 11pm, the food options was good for all pasta, pizza, fish, chips, salad options and traditional meals. Kids entertainment around one pool thoughtout the day and even plus evening entertainment the pool on the oppersit side of the hotel is quiter this pool has 2 smaller pools for kids and jacuzzi. We throughly loved it great location, great staff, great hotel we would highly recommend .
