Very friendly staff. Very clean. Good location. Great view, if you get the right room
The hotel and suites are lovely. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. From the wellness centre, multiple bars and roof top jacuzzi. We had little need to leave the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. This was the second time my fiance and I visited and it was lovely to find a lot of the same staff members and felt like we were being welcomed back by old friends. The resturant serves good quality food and has a large variety of options for all 3 meals. There's something for everyone. Overall there's nothing I would complain about with this hotel. We will definitely be going back.
This hotel has so much potential but is just underwhelming. Its a functioning hotel that doesn't create any holiday WOW moments. It does what it does at a good level but doesn't try to impress.
We stayed in one of the suite rooms which was a good size and overlooked its own pool area. The room has its own mini kitchen with a sink, fridge, kettle and hob. Annoyingly the hotel doesn't supply and tea or coffee for the room. That's a big error!
The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaces daily. It wasn't the most thorough cleaning but at least it was done daily.
Food was probably the biggest disappointment. They have different themed nights, which could be an amazing experience, but every night the food was fairly basic options and boring. The vegetarian option were few and far between - I struggled to find much I could eat.
The hotel definitely need refurbishment and needs energy injecting into the place. The Nardos Suite pool was crumbling apart and had many loose or missing tiles.
If you want a safe, functional hotel by the coast then this may be an option, especially as it’s much cheaper than others near by. If you want the hotel to add to your holiday experience, then choose somewhere else
We arrived to discover it was not a suite hotel as expected. Our room consisted of 2 beds and a wardrobe. Complained to the management and was told that was a twin room that we had booked. Jet2 holidays also confirmed they did reserve any suites in the hotel, even though their 3rd room photo shows one exists. I asked why the hotel is called a suite hotel, was told that's what they called it. We had requested 2 single beds and found the sheets did not fit very well. Requested a chair to sit on in the room, and was told they did not have any. There were 2 plastic chairs and a table on the balcony, which looked out on to a main bus route. Will not return to this hotel.
Amazing hotel! Especially the staff that make it so great, special shout out to pool bar staff and Yessica (think I have spelt correctly.)
This hotel does not deserve any bad reviews. You are getting what you pay by for, great drinks and lovely food. Will be back.
