Couldn’t fault it!
Fantastic hotel! The photos you see are exactly what is there. Great service, lovely room, good variety of food. Lots of lovely areas to the hotel, all done very tastefully. Evening entertainment was good and was outside with plenty of seating. The no towels allowed on sunbeds before 10am was fantastic as it made for a very chilled start to the day. We found there were always plenty of sunbeds at any time of day and also parasols which were easy to move, on wheels. There was maintenance work going on, but the noise was minimal and certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Royal treatment at the Gran Canaria Princess Hotel
A lovely hotel, perfect for couples. A short walk from the beach. Excellent facilities and entertainment. We treated ourselves to facials at the Wellness Centre, which were highly relaxing. There was vast choice of delicious food - spoilt for choice every day. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. As an adult all inclusive holiday, it was great value for money. A special surprise was that we had a birthday bottle of cava delivered to our room - completely unexpected and a lovely touch. My partner and I absolutely loved it here and would certainly stay there again.

Staff ruined the holiday
Lovely hotel but only one lift working food wasn't the best and grumpy unhelpful staff. It was like they were being held there against there will. Shame as could be a great place. Won't be returning
Great value for money
We have just returned from a 6 night all-inclusive stay at this hotel, travelling as a couple with 2 adult children. We found the hotel exceptionally clean in all areas, the food was fresh, well presented and perfectly hot/cold as required, with a carvery option every night. The staff were very professional & friendly, and issues we had with the room safe were rectified within a matter of minutes. There were no issues with the bars, the drinks were top notch branded (AI+) with self serve on the soft drinks and water for speed. The Italian Spritz was amazing! No issues with sun loungers as the hotel has a strict pre 10am no-reserve policy. Yes there are building works going on at the moment, but we were fully informed of this on numerous occasions by Jet2, with the option to cancel or re-book right up to departure. They accommodated a 6pm check-out on the last day, as we had a late flight back. For the price we paid for this stay, I would say it represents excellent value for money. A big thank you to all hotel staff!
