Really honest review
Just about to leave following 10 days here. We have had a lovely family holiday here, and i would have given 5 stars were it no it not for a few issues.
Pros:

Food- how anyone can complain about the food, i have no idea. Best food we have had in an all inclusive by a long way. So much variety its unreal. Piping hot, a lot cooked in front of you. 5* standard food

Staff- again, no idea how people can complain, everyone was friendly. Reception happy to help with anything, we had an issue with the door and someone came straight away and fixed it. They have rules... good! It stops people taking advantage. Follow them and youll have no issues. They are for the benefit of everyone. Pool staff are great with the kids. Lifeguards are on it, constantly watching the pools and keeping things in check. And yes, if you put towels on sunbeds and disappear for the day, they will remove them- spot on.
People have moaned about the air con- its climate contol, so provided you can count to 25, you won't have any issues. We woke up cold most nights and had to turn the temp up
Cleanliness- clean beyond belief!

Too many guests there. Over an hour queue to check in at 10 o clock at night with young, tired kids is not fun. Struggled to find a chair in the dining room on a couple of occassions

Noise!!! My god the noise from the pool area at night is horrific. At 01:00am today, we had about 10 german guests singing and chanting by the pool. Woke us all up on the 5th floor. Havent had a full nights sleep since ive been here- entertainment is on until 23:00 every night, followed by at least an hour of drunk adults shouting, kids screaming, people whilsting (no idea why). The rooms have zero sound proofing, its literally like sleeping in the corridor, so when all the drunk guests come back shouting, everyone is awake.
Seems a shame really as otherwise the hotel is spot on. Not knocking them at all, i guess the sound issue was more a guest problem than the hotel, but unfortunately affected our experience.
Despite the cons, its a seriously nice hotel with great staff and food.

Mixed feeling stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights coming home on the 24th July.
This was a nice hotel but it could be great but for a few things.
The food was very good and plenty of it at the different places in the hotel. The chicken and wrinkled potatoes were really spot on ,excellent. Generally in the main restaurant there was plenty of choice at a good standard. There was nothing we couldn't eat and wine good.
The things that let it down were some staff , rules generally making you feel welcome. I went to the main reception to ask a simple question. I stood in front of the girl on reception before I coughed to see if she had seen me, let's be fair I was 2 foot away, and popped her head up and said "I'm busy .
What an attitude!!!
I won't go on about the 2 drink rule .
The pool girls worked hard and were smiling always. Brilliant 👏
I'm not going on about the bad things anymore.
You have to try it for yourselves.

Excellent stay
We have just left following 11 nights at the Bull Eugenia. We loved our stay, the food was lovely with plenty of options. Rooms spacious and very clean. Plenty of entertainment and things going on for all ages. We will be returning and would recommend to families with young children.

How is this ONLY a 3*???
Those were my words daily for the duration of my holiday!!
Food - Amazing right through the day. The Al A Carte during lunch time was my favourite. I went right through the menu.
Rooms - fab and great size
Entertainment - always something going on through the day and if not you could just spend some time down the gorgeous Spa. Some had a massage too and loved it. Evening entertainment was decent. Inside and outside choices. We tended to stay outside cause of the heat. Different singers every night but they did seem to sing exactly the same songs in pretty much the same order. White night was a really good night too.
Facilities - Mini golf at the side od the pool free of charge and good fun. Table tennis and pool tables. Games room and children's indoor soft play.
Pool - there is a baby pool, a toddler pool and main pool. My only disappointment was tbe main pool. It was SO deep. 3m for 3/4's of it. The shallow end come up to my ribs and I'm 5ft 3in. This meant rhat everyone congregated in that area so it was very busy. We had to buy and rely on noodles to have a chill in the deeper area or youre constantly treading water.
But I would definitely return!

Great hotel.
If hotels were given stars on the quality of services, rather than what services they offer, this would, imho, be a 5*. Pool areas, like the rest of the hotel, are cleaned well. I mentioned the pool as the guy cleaning it was given the smallest machine possible, but covered every inch. Food was really good for an all inclusive buffet. There’s a small live cooking station. There you can get omelettes, fried eggs, crepes, freshly cooked meat or fish, depending on what meal time it is, and what’s on offer. Bar service was good. Yes, at times had to wait a few minutes, but the quality of the drinks and service were good/very good. Entertainment was a lot better than some other hotels, with 2 lots of entertainment of a night, one inside, one outside. Apart from 1 couple of “singers” the others were good. Now for the not so good bits. Rooms are a bit strange, see pics. Open the door and the twin beds are just there. There are long corridors going to each room, which makes any noise amplified. Saying this the rooms are quite large. There is a window in the bathroom, the other side is your neighbours window, although it is none see through, if you have the light on, your neighbour can tell. Balcony is quite big, with 2 pull out dryers, table and 2 chairs. Overall, a very good experience. Yes we recommend and yes will be back.
