It’s ok 🙂
Just back from a week in this hotel. It was absolutely fine for self catering. The room was well equipped although we only had breakfast and lunch in the room and ate out every night. The fridge and freezer is a really good size. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable.
Negatives were, the shower head spurted water everywhere all over the bathroom, the sofa was really dirty, they charge you to change the beach towels, there’s no air conditioning, if you have children with you they can’t do a thing in the pool without the lifeguard telling them off for nothing & the lady receptionist is horrible and rude. The man who works there is so so nice and should probably train her in customer service. She was the most rude arrogant person I met the entire week we were away. Really let’s the place down.
It’s close to all the main areas, so ideal location really. It’s absolutely fine for a week, don’t think I would book for any longer.

Another lovely stay
Just returned from our 3rd visit to the apartments. Spacious clean apartments with a useable kitchen, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge freezer. Well located with beach bars and cafes few minute walk away, there are a lot of steps to negotiate but local taxis are only €5 back and forth. In the opposite direction is the yumbo centre with,more bars and restaurants, holds gay pride and gay fetish pride events so if your easily shocked/offended it’s probably worth checking dates if you want to avoid. Apartments don’t have a bar, a few couple of minutes walk away, apartments are generally quiet which is nice,it does have a breakfast room at additional cost. Bus stop at end of the road with a good quick service to other towns on the island. There is a nice pool with plenty of sun beds available (no sun bed wars) Reception has staff 07.00 -23.00 who are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return later in the year.
Great experience overall.
Starting with the reception staff, really welcoming and polite. The room was big, with lots of storage space and very clean.
Breakfast was good, with lots of fresh options and seats available.
The room was cozy, with good Aircon and quiet. The facilities of the hotel were great, I really enjoyed my time on the gym. Next time need to save some time for the spa experience.

This is our 2nd time staying at this luxury hotel, in all out trips abroad this hotel has been our top rated hotel, and we will always book this hotel, due to the most pleasant welcome, friendly staff, who will do everything to ensure you enjoy your stay here. The reception staff are waiting to help with any issues, nothing is a problem at all, the rooms are very spacious bed room, kitchen bathroom ocean view balcony. Daily room service. Swimming pool gardens and spa room for the guests. All the grounds are incredible well preserved. A must for anyone visiting the area.
