Centrally located in the bustling holiday resort of Playa del Inglés, this bungalow complex surrounded by lush gardens with palm trees is an oasis of tranquillity but still close to everything the resort has to offer. Countless restaurants, bars and popular shopping centres are in the vicinity. The airport is about 20-minute car ride away. The complex features a wonderful outdoor pool with children's section, which is excellent for families. There is also a pool bar perfect to have a refreshing drink. Guests are able to have a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant surrounded by an agreeable atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated with wooden furniture and are equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a memorable stay.

Second year in a row of a good experience
This is our second year in a row of staying here
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again at HL Miraflor suites
The staff were all very hardworking and friendly and nothing was any trouble for any of them. From the cleaners to the kitchen staff to the reception staff we thought that all were fantastic
The food was slightly repetitive for a few days for example pork chicken turkey and same again however having said that many different things were done with these meats to make it’s more variable I was thinking last year we had beef. And then beef came along with ticked the final box on the food side of things for me
It was nice to see the main pool had been painted since last year. We were pleased to see that a new reception had been put in place since last year saving having to check in at the hotel opposite
We arrived late night and the staff had prepared a plate of food for us although we wasn’t hungry or needed to eat any of it. The fact that it had been done showed good customer service and attention to detail
The bungalow itself was in clean and good order. The beds were very comfortable and we couldn’t really fault it. A slight lack of hangers meant doubling up our shirts and space in the wardrobe was quite limited but still adequate for our needs
At the end of our stay there was an issue with water and we needed a shower to freshen up before going home as we no longer had our room but the staff took care of this by providing a shower facility at the hotel across the road
If I was to suggest 3 things for improvement I’d really have to be quite picky and these would be:

somewhere to charge phones in reception area. We got round this by plugging in near the scales With apps now the main way for tour operators communicating transfers etc this is important

more hangers in wardrobe. As if 2 people staying for 7 nights and go out each evening would like to see a total of at least 14 hangers in the wardrobe
3). Thought the pool rules were a little too strict and confusing No inflatables in main pool on the rule board yet when people had them nothing was said at all. There is nothing on the rule board about balls in main pool but the lifeguard on a few occasions stopped this and there were very few people in the pool and some lads got told off which we thought was a little harsh and it was never stated anywhere so it was a little ambiguous
Overall if I was to give our stay a score out of 10 I’d give it a 9. For they hotel type and what we experienced
We would certainly recommend this complex to anyone who asked about it and we will certainly look to stay again as that’s 2 years in a row of a good experience
Thank you to all staff there for making our stay a fantastic one and we understand that a lot of hard work and maybe some stress goes in behind the scenes.

Can't wait to return
Hotel and location were great not to far to the Yumbo or a little further to the beach. Taxis readily available if mobility was an issue. The hotel itself is fabulous as were the food and the staff. Can't wait to visit again next year.

Great hotel
Not longed returned from HL Miraflor, and already looking to return next year! Arrived late to the hotel, and greeted warmly and checked in quickly by Stephan who ensured we had all the info we needed for a H/B stay. Accommodation : We had an older style bungalow which was a tad dated, but more than enough for what we needed. Equipped with a small kitchen lounge, large bedroom with storage and a large bathroom. There was a lovely terrace at the front with chairs and loungers where you can watch the peacocks come and go. Air con was only in the lounge but if the bedroom door was left open it quickly cooled the space down. The rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily. Just what we needed. Food & Drink: We stayed on a H/B plan. Breakfast had plenty of options to suit different appetites and tastes. Typical of your breakfast buffets and all labelled well. Dinner was a mixed variety. Plenty of meats and fish, salads, pizzas etc. My partner enjoyed trying all the options from the grill, and as a picky eater myself I always managed a full plate. All food tasted fresh. Yes there were a couple of flies around, but it can't be helped. As we stayed H/B we paid for our drinks but prices were very reasonable. The bar staff were very friendly, served you quick and very generous with the servings. In particular Dano, who made a superb mojito, worked tirelessly but always ready for a chat about your day. Hotel : Brilliant location. Close to Yumbo and surrounding bars, 20 mins walk to the beach but a beach bus available. Grounds are maintained beautifully. The pools were a lovely temp and never overcrowded. What makes this place is their staff. All super friendly, warm and welcoming. Hopefully we will return next year!

I will be back!
We stayed in the adults only room with a small pool out the front. Amazing, very clean and perfect for quiet relaxing holiday. We were all inclusive plus and having the adults only bar in this area was perfect, all fizzy drinks were in glass bottles, cocktails were all handmade and bottles of water available. Only thing I would say could improve is the food, it’s ok and we always found something to eat but I think they’re could be a better quality and more choices on the snack bar as the snack bar is the worst one I’ve ever seen. It was always burgers and hotdogs that sat out all day and as the day went on I don’t think it was really replenished as the burger buns were so hard but I’m not one to pick at things if there small but the snack bar really was poor. We will definitely return for the rooms as they’re amazing and your in perfect location with a few minutes walk to the yumbo and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Another great holiday
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel so we were anxious that it wouldnt be as good as 4 months previously but we were even more impressed with everything. The staff - cleaners, bar staff, restaurant and reception workers work tirelessly to ensure everything is perfect. On arrival we were greeted with friendly reception team and quickly checked in. Even though the restaurant was just closing they still invited us in for a cold buffet, crusty bread etc which was delicious. The pool area and all surroundings were very clean as it was the previous visit. The supermarket is only a short stroll from the hotel and sells everything you would need. Yumbo centre is very short walk to if you choose to dine out and has plenty of restaurants to suit all. Evening entertainment is fun and the animation team are brilliant. Whilst encouraging us to take part in daily activities, they do not pester you like other places do which is fab. If I had one negative comment to make, it would be walking back to our hotel room, there are lots of cockroaches that seem to appear in the pathways, they only come out at night so it isn't an issue and to be expected when in a hot country but please keep your doors closed as otherwise they may stroll in! There are a lot of negative reviews for this holiday about cleanliness & lack of food choice but we are fussy eaters and there was more than enough choice. The burgers/ hot dogs are super tasty at lunchtime and there are puddings and ice cream galore. We have had a lovely holiday here and we will definitely return. Tip - if you want to go to maspalomas beach, it's only around €5 in a cab and well worth the trip.
