This beautiful hotel is locate at a walking distance from the sandy beach Playa del Ingles. Links to the public transport network are to be found only about 300 m away. Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, is approximately 55 km away while the Gran Canaria airport can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Guests can sample the culinary delights of the onsite pub and café. Guests may select breakfast, lunch and dinner from a buffet. The wonderful outdoor pool area will be everyone’s favourite place since it is perfect to sunbathe or have a refreshing swim. The rooms are decorated with soothing colours and are equipped with the essential amenities needed to have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Great rooms and staff, but food not covered
Lovely staff, great entertainment team. Rooms are so clean and spacious. However the All inclusive is misleading, you have to pay extra for a lot. Crisps are extra; ice creams are extra unless in a tiny kids box; pina coladas are extra. The food also isn’t covered at meal times meaning there were flies landing on the food frequently which stressed me out. Breakfast and snack time was great but at dinner a lot of the food was cold. But overall had a great time.

Fantastico!
I had a fantastic stay. Really good location, within a 5 minute walk from the beach and shops too. 20 mins walk to the Dunes of Maspalomas also!
The room was so spacious and very clean - it had a balcony with a pool view and a "break out area" with a sofa and coffee table if you needed somewhere to work or chill without being in bed.
There was such a variety of food throughout the day at the restaurant & a snack bar by the pool if you missed the food. The Daiquiri was my favourite cocktail but there were plenty to chose from - not all are included with all inclusive. Really good value for money to be honest.
I'd especially like to thank Antonia from the entertainment team. She was incredibly friendly and made the activities and evening entertainment so much fun. Best bingo fairy of all! If the hotel could pass on my thanks, I'd really appreciate it =]
Great Rooms and Friendly Staff, but Poor Food
Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.Many guests were constantly jumping into the swimming pool and splashing other people, which made it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, some people were also smoking on the sunbeds around the pool, making the area unpleasant for non-smokers. The food was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes served every day, so there was very little variety. Another problem was the main bar. Every other evening, the bar ran out of proper glasses, so drinks were served in paper cups, which is not what you would expect from a hotel. There were also far too few umbrellas around the pool, and many of the ones that were available were damaged and full of holes, offering very little shade. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
Autistic friendly
lovely hotel some off the reviews are correct, hotel doesn’t have designated smoking area and no signs that say no smoking so people cant moan i’m a smoker but mainly vapor and never had a issue with anyone, i was here june 25th-30th and was mostly a great environment when booking with JET2 it doesn’t state this but its a autistic friendly hotel but staff wise not other guest wise they’re just rude and don’t reconise it, pool are and bar was great and looked after a lot off resevered beds during break lunch and dinner typical, all adults around a kids pool so wasn’t worried my kids splashing esp having a autistic water child! i don’t ever feel bad, downside was the fridge was never cold so water was warm, having a shower caused flooding on the bathroom also no window so like a hot box of a room, bed very firm not ideal if you suffer back problems like myself, and although staying autistic friendly the food wasn’t so options wasn’t great was repetitive but meats would change cups were tiny and the pool bar doesn’t include ice cream and snacks as all inclusive like some hotels do, but the staff was all friendly and late check out is always a option just got to ask its around €25 euros check out 3pm instead i’d stay here again though wasn’t a put off i just ate the fruit drank pop or water from the machine children are easily fed if not fussy esp if you just wanna stay in the hotel jet2 stated it was 3star but was infact a 4 star
