For the money paid and for a 3 star hotel, you can't really go wrong. The location is excellent, right next to the bus station which can take you litterally anywhere and for excursions etc.

The rooms and overall hotel is spotless clean and maintained daily with fresh towels, bedding etc. There's no flies or mosquitos anywhere which is nice and refreshing.

Food is well presented, normally a good temperature and was a good quality. It has the usual variety of an all inclusive hotel. Also no reports of any illness or poisoning associated with the food which is very good and shows the hotel have good standards of cooking and food hygiene.

The all inclusive drinks are also good but recommend to see what drinks are actually included as you may want to select the plus option if you want branded drinks and more cocktails etc.

The negatives. Like a lot of hotels around peak season, this hotel tries to accommodate beyond it's capacity which leads to, not enough sunbeds, chaos at the buffet restaurant and not enough chairs for the entertainment at night. Multiple times we couldn't get a sunbed or sit outside which was very disappointing to us. The other issue at the poolside was the fact so many women had there breasts exposed, not just when lying down, but whilst walking around and in the pools. It seemed to not make sense for the staff to police this since there other rules are so strict.

The colleague monitoring the sunbeds is very questionable. We think it's good that there is a system in place to remove towels of those who leave for long periods. However what we witnessed was him removing towels from guests who had litterally gone in the pool or were having a snack at the snack bar which was unnecessary and just annoyed guests and left us constantly on edge every time we left our sunbeds. The real issue is again, too many guests however, I do believe you could easily fit another 50+ sunbeds in the outside area as it's very spacious.

Staff are mainly very friendly and approachable, although the recent review about staff stealing a guests jewellery just before their departure as well as other thieving incidents is a bit unsettling.

Overall our experience was good and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel rooms are nice and clean Pool area was okay. Nice pool. Need more sunbeds and umbrellas Don't leave your sunbed for too long as you all get a ticket from the staff patrol in the sun beds. If you get two tickets they take your towels away Food was good all ways something to eat If you want a drinks go all inclusive plus to get branded drinks Standard drinks and cocktails where rubbish Staff where polite in the dining room, the bar stuff however apart from one were rude slamming drinks down when serving your and ignoring you if they were talking to someone else, mainly Spanish people trying serve your standard drinks until your paint out. You have paid premium plus

Overall we had a pleasant stay, but there are some areas where the hotel could improve.

The biggest positive is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we encountered was excellent. Hard working, friendly and approachable. The restaurant waiting staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and entertainment team all worked tirelessly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was also kept spotlessly clean throughout, and the pool was the perfect temperature, making it enjoyable to use at any time of the day.

Unfortunately there were a few disappointing aspects. The food was quite hit and miss. The fish was sometimes overcooked and also sometimes contained a lot of bones. There wasn't a great deal of choice for fussier eaters. Snack options between meals were also limited, and it was disappointing that ice cream wasn't available throughout the day on the all inclusive package. The wine from the tap was awful.

The showers were frustrating to use, as it was difficult to get the water to a comfortable, consistent temperature. The pool was also noticeably smaller than it appears in the brochure.

Overall, the fantastic staff and cleanliness made an enjoyable stay, but improvements to the food and drink would make a significant difference.
