Back again.
The fact this is our return visit suggests we really enjoy the apartments and we most definitely do. As always the welcome offered by staff in reception was warm and genuine. We were lucky enough to be given the room we requested, a superior one bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Shower room is modern with large wash basin. Rooms are cleaned regularly with towels changed frequently and bed linen is also changed frequently. Cleaning staff are polite and thorough. There are three swimming pools, two large and the third is a wonderful quiet pool offering amazing views. Special mention to Margarita, a lifeguard who goes out of her way to keep children safe and happy when in and around the pool area. Locating apartment can be awkward when first arriving but the improved signage helps and it doesn't take long to get accustomed to surroundings. We use self catering so cannot comment on food offerings but restaurants seem popular. We are always more than comfortable in the apartments and the apartments really are our happy place. So much so we have already booked our return for 2027.

Pleasant stay, convenient location
At the top end of Puerto Mogan, only a flat 15 minute stroll to the harbour. The apartments are built on a hill side with plenty of lifts and a handy map to help you navigate your way around, this would not be problematic for anyone who can walk short distances on the flat. Once you have found your room and noted the number of the lifts it’s easy to find your way around. We stayed Self Catering with Easy Jet in an apartment without air conditioning included. The two ceiling fans provide welcome relief from the heat and the self catering facilities are better than most. A nice touch is the provision of a scouring sponge, cloth and washing up liquid. Mattress’s and pillows are comfortable. The apartments are clean and the general areas of the hotel are too. There are three pools, all to cater for different noise levels. A couple of things stopped it from being a 5/5 review, those being the ceiling fan in the kitchen/dining area was wobbling excessively, reported and not repaired and the safe didn’t not work, looked at but not repaired as the motor had burnt out. These things did not impact upon our stay greatly but would have improved it from a score of 4/5 to 5/5.

Top class hotel.
Fabulous hotel, fully equipped, only down side one the party only took cash and couldn’t get a drink at the bar.
Great second stay - back in spring for the third!
Just back from a lovely 4-night break at Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle with my husband and 2-year-old daughter. This was our second time here, and reception were great enough to give us the exact room we’d requested by email beforehand. It’s a bit of a trek to get to (several lifts and flights of stairs!), but it’s totally worth it because it’s quiet, feels really private, has no one upstairs, and only has one neighbour. Huge thanks to Alejandro on reception who was brilliant when we arrived—so friendly and super helpful getting us bottled water late at night after a long travel day with a toddler. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. A few tiny bits are looking a little tired (like the mini freezer door in the fridge that wouldn't shut right), but honestly it’s ideal for a family. The pools are ideal for little ones. Having the choice between the main pool, quiet pool, toddler pool, and splash park is brilliant, plus there’s a lifeguard on duty most of the day. Location-wise, it’s spot on. It's a nice 15–20 minute walk down a tree-lined street to the beach and town, and having the HiperDino supermarket right across the road makes getting supplies dead easy. We ate out in town for dinners, but grabbed drinks at the pool snack bar where the service was always fast and friendly. Also a special mention for the courtesy room facility—it was fantastic for our late flight home. It had showers, a bed, a cot, and a comfortable sofa, which made managing the end of the trip with a toddler so much easier. We are coming back for our third stay next spring and will definitely be asking for the same room again!

Great place to visit
Great place to visit the breakfast was very similar every day with lots of choices, the room looked a little tired and needed some attention, the fridge was left away from the counter top and the ice door did not shut so asked for it to be fixed of which it was, the staff were very friendly and they helped us to rectify the couple of small issues we had and then we received a hamper with a few gifts including a free voucher to the on site spa stay lots to do, very central for the market, the pool was exposed to the road as there was renovations going on and some of the pool was taped off, however a nice place friendly people
