Most relaxing hoilday ever ,was a solo traveller and only came for a break but really enjoyed it. Will 100% come back with my partner next year she will love it

Amazing hotel
We arrived following a delayed flight, in the small hours of the morning, to the warmest welcome from the staff on reception (we were then escorted to our room with bags of sandwiches as we’d obviously missed dinner that night!). Our room was lovely - very clean and spacious and we were lucky enough to have an end room so we had a corner balcony with a lovely view of the hotel grounds. In the morning, we found the hotel to be an absolutely beautiful place! Believe the brochure photos - it really is THAT pretty! It is obviously well cared for, both the buildings and the extensive gardens. There was so much to do on-site, including 2 stunning pools, which we used most days! Our son also enjoyed the arcade and the trampoline room (we ran out of time to do 10 pin bowling but we saw another group in there enjoying themselves). We also enjoyed a wander through the archeological site, complete with drinks at the bar up the hill! The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful and they made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Our son’s favourite activity was “helping” Oscar in the dining room with the robots, Lolo and Lola!! We liked that there was no noisy atmosphere at night as our son is only 6 and still needs to sleep! A truly fabulous place - we absolutely would go back to this hotel!

Beautifully situated hotel with fabulous pools
The hotel is situated a short walk from the beach via a pedestrian street with shops, bars and restaurants opposite the main entrance. There is a tropical feel through out the hotel with plants, trees, waterfalls and flowers everywhere. Both the main pools have a beach style making them accessible to all, with plenty of sunbeds and cushions. The staff regularly clear reserved beds throughout the day a fab way to ensure there is always space for everyone. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily.
Excellent Hotel for Families
Great hotel great service attentive pleasant staff. Two annoyances Paying for water at dinner. 2 Huge groups of Spanish taking 10 & 16 sunbeds then leaving them empty & taking all disabled beds when it seems they didn’t have visible struggles walking. I know there are hidden disabilities but really !!!! A lady put cards on unused beds but no one removed any towels!!! The entertainment people were well above average especially the Motown chap and the girl singer. Didn’t like shower over bath at all but towels changed when required. Dining was good if a little hectic and quality of food was really good for a buffet style service . My daughter had visited with family group of 7 6 weeks previously and was not informed about the extra discount available on bar service which was disappointing. Room was clean. I am disabled so the hotel was great with it only being a short walk to the pretty marina.m although quite a walk to the busy pool. Weren’t able to even The gardens were amazing and beautifully kept. Kids entertainment was good but only used the kids club once. If we hadn’t had a child with us we would have used the spa.

Didnt want to leave!
Such a tranquil, beautiful hotel! Amongst the tropical gardens it is soooooooooo relaxing!
Service, staff, food all perfect for a 4 star resort.
