The hotel includes a total of 561 rooms, 521 of which are double rooms and five of which are adapted for guests with limited mobility. The hotel also offers 40 suites. Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort has four fantastic restaurants offering dishes of an excellent and exclusive cuisine. One of the major attractions of the Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort is, without doubt, its extraordinary Thalasso Lopesan Villa del Conde Thalassotherapy centre (charges apply). With a privileged location on the seafront, just below the promenade, it offers sensational ocean views.
An excellent hotel and resort in our experience. The location is good in terms of easy walking distance to the qualty shops and beach area but far enough away from the crowds. Generously sized and qualty fitted rooms. Very good standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and rooms, really comfortable beds and the noise levels very low. A really good hotel that in our experience, deserves its 5 star rating. We would highly recommend it.
Amazing stay in an absolute amazing hotel so accommodating
Had such a nice time at the hotel we come here for the 4th year and Def. Not the last time.. This year we participated in the great workshop glaspainting and bingo... The glass painting workshop we have such good memories the animation team is super!
Stay Away from this hotel for dishonesty and overcharged. Kid 13 years old and up charged $1000 per kid and one kid (10 yrs) paid $6900 for 7 days . At the time we arrived , it took them 2 hours to checked in and required us to pay $1000 for the 13 yrs old . No negotiation at all. We had no choices but to pay extra $1000
At night many guests walked around and said the same thing that this hotel is a scam. Doesnt worth of the money or can’t be a 5 stars hotel and that they would not come back. 18) if you get lost , dont bother to ask because they won’t tell you. If you need any help from front desk bw prepared to get an attitude. If you have a problem with your room it will take forever to fix. 19) Don't bother to pay extra to join the VIP club, because your room will stay far away from the beach. 20) Shower doesnt work at all, the drainer got clogged, Water most of the time Shuddenly changed to very hot water and we got burned so many times. We have need traveling a couple times a year to many diff places and countries. We are not picky eater, we are dont drink beer or wine , bowel, the drink at their pool was so bad and doesnt have much choices. If you eat at the buffet and want a soft drink, it will take them very long time to get it .
On the last day we stayed, we met a senior couples they stayed at the renting airborne that costed them only $300 for 6 months plus utilities cost. Many local markets snd restaurants around that places and they walked to the open beach at our resort every day to enjoy .
Positive things are: beautiful atmosphere but a lot of walking up and down the stair for back and forth bt the restaurants. Not a family friendly resort . Too expensive and doesnt worth of the money. Rude staffs.
Dont recommend and never come back. Pls read for all the negative comment before you book. Trust the negative comments because they are honest and if you decided to throw your money into the worst place Thats your choice.
We are currently staying here and we are having a lovely time on our bed and breakfast package. However, I have only given 3 stars as this hotel is average for what you would expect from 5*. No welcome drink, people reserve beds meaning you have to move beds around if you want 2 together after mid morning and the staff don’t help with this, no water provided after one bottle each in your room on arrival, no pillow menu (in fact they were not happy that I even asked for extra). Over all it is a lovely hotel, some say dated I would say Canadian charm, it is spotlessly clean and very pleasant.
However, the worst thing, the reception staff. Not friendly, rude, contradict each other and just don’t seem to want to help. We are used to reception staff saying hello when they see you, offering their help and advice on local restaurants I wouldn’t even ask here I think they would tell me where to go.
Would we come again, yes if the price was right but we would remember that this is not like other 5* hotels in the canaries.
