Such a fun experience! We really enjoyed it, and we got an amazing necklace as a memory. Definitely worth trying if you want something unique and creative.
Amazing stay !
Wow. What a trip. I loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the reception staff to the bar/ restaurant and cleaning staff. We were met at the door of the hotel with someone taking our luggage off us and bringing it straight to the room. We just went bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out different places at night. Breakfast was beautiful, everything on offer inc fresh omelettes being made/ full fry just everything. The day we left they started doing breakfast outside by the pool and it was so nice and refreshing. Cocktails were freshly made and lovely and reasonable enough priced roughly €9. The room we went standard double and it was huge for what we paid for it. Fridge is tiny like very small can fit a few 500ml water bottles in it and we made it work just alternating the bottles in rotation. BRING AN EXTENSION LEAD is my only recommendation. There’s only one plug in the room on the floor, again people will complain about this but we just made it work. There’s a plug in the bathroom so you can plug in straighteners etc if needed. Entertainment at night was good. The pools were next level I think roughly 4/5 inc a “quiet pool” if you wanted to relax a little more but honestly we had no children and we still went to the busier pools just for the atmosphere. The location is excellent we found it was just a slice of heaven like a little island on its own. Bars/restaurants inc Indian/ Italian/chinese 10 minute walk away. Not forgetting a Starbucks too. Never a war for sunbed loungers which is a major plus especially if you want to relax maybe lie in a bit you don’t have to rush up for loungers and we were there from 28 June to 5th July. It got slightly busier as we were leaving but still plenty of space. We visited the gym a few times and it was well enough equipped, only thing was it wasn’t airconed but made us sweat a little more 😝 Will definitely be back at this hotel
Relaxing holiday.
We had a fantastic week’s holiday at the Villa del Conde Hotel. When we first arrived, we found the hotel grounds a little overwhelmingly large, but after just one day we felt like locals. We had a room overlooking a beautiful green garden and a quiet pool. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We could occasionally hear other guests, but it never bothered us as it usually became quiet after midnight. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced regularly. The cleaning staff do an amazing job! We loved the breakfast area and the wide choice of food available each morning — everything was delicious. If you’re a coffee snob, though, I would suggest getting your coffee elsewhere. Most days we stayed by the quiet pool and never had any problems finding sun loungers. We had takeaway lunches from the pool bar. The drinks were nice and the burgers were okay. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. On the day of departure, we checked out at midday, but we were able to leave our suitcases in the luggage room and keep our pool towels while continuing to use the hotel facilities until we left. A big bonus was the complimentary hospitality room, which can be booked for 30 minutes so you can shower and get changed before travelling home. Well done to Lopesan for making our holiday relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish!
A beautiful situation, lovely staff teams and atmosphere
This hotel has the charm of an old Spanish villiage, with beautiful landscaping and an excellent variety of pools. There is something for everyone. There is plenty of animation and entertainment for those who want it, and peace and quiet easily found as well. The rooms are very comfortable and well planned out. We particularly like the half board upgrade option to eat at the other Lopesan restaurants nearby. The staff were without exception lovely, kind and helpful. It felt like an authentic Canarian experience in spite of the size of the hotel. Thank you to Carlos and the reception ladies for their hard work to make our stay absolutely fantastic.
