Amazing hotel 🌟
Perfect location loved it!!
Amazing hotel huge wow factor when you walk in stunning!!!
They do need more staff service was slow at some points always waiting for drink and some dinner service from Alicarte u had waiting an hour for starter or main
Water should be free to expensive at the princess hotels they have water machines and h can refill your own water in a bottle they provide you with
Food was great could switch up the buffet slightly, glad we paid for alicarte as we could use the sister hotels and there restaurants were amazing compared to baobob
Our room was lovely but didn't have a great view at all just trees in the way
My room was clean all the time
There are a lot of children at the hotel very busy very noisy but there are many pools which helps to choose from
Good value for money compared to the other sister hotels for sure
Did have to ask for a iron everyday we couldent keep hold of it and we were here for ten days
Shop in hotel items massively overpriced so expensive!
Cocktails and drinks were amazing and fairly priced well

The hotel area and vibe will forever stand out! Always fun to return ❤️ The room (deluxe/pool view) needs some tlc with redecor and maintenance .. the sunbed and umbrellas needs soon replacing too
Beside from that .. the breakfast and staff are superb👏🏻
Tip: early breakfast if u can before the rush,
A room more quiet will be further away from lobby - building due to evening shows and children disco

Akara restaurant

We found the property to be absolutely stunning in every aspect, even entering the hotel via the main entrance was an experience in itself. staff could not do enough for us. From the welcome drink on arrival to the checkout experience everything was 10/10, special thanks to Max in Akara for a fabulous experience, his attention to detail was second to none.We already have our next visit booked

Baobab, is not living up to 5 star standards anymore.
Hotel blocked the deep end of the pool for Unique only!! Very unsatisfied by the hotel action- and by doing do you basibally disrespect all the other paying customers! Hotel also requires maintenance, it’s not living up to 5 star standards anymore. We are not returning to Baobab anymore!
