Excellent hotel
mam went to playa Meloneras on 1st October stayed for a week. From start to finish everything was excellent. Staff were so helpful and friendly ( were even sad we were leaving ) rooms were clean and comfortable. Was a quiet resort just what we needed . The buffet had huge selection to choose from once we checked out we were even got voucher so we get free meal while we wait for our flight and still used the facilities even the spa . Would definitely recommend this location and hotel , still activities in the area to do as we went shopping and went to the animal park. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve booked again next year. Couldn’t fault the hotel only thing I found is could be better entertainment on a night we only enjoyed one show out of the days we were there.

Great hotel
Yet again a brilliant holiday on our third return visit. Loved the food in both the Japanese and Gaudi restaurants ( special thanks to Marta and the team ) and the privilege experience was everything we expected. Already rebooked for Xmas and next March which says it all.
Sun Bed Hoggers Not Welcome
When researching hotels one priority for me must be that there is no sun bed reserving. Staff here enforce this policy and remove towels on beds not being used, especially those placed early in morning. As such hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and usually there are plenty of sun beds to use throughout the day. Food good, room comfortable and friendly staff. Only thing I would criticise was that air conditioning unit in room was rather noisy for a 4 stat hotel and I was thankful for having earplugs. Otherwise great stay.

Better a few years ago
We have been coming here for many many years as we love the hotel and are now Platinum status BUT this time there were a few things we didn't like. The orange juice at breakfast used to be from freshly squeezed oranges but not this time, it was so watery. The food choice was good but not as good as it used to be. I like to warm my plate in the microwave when I have hot food, this hadn't been cleaned for quite a few days as there was the same spilt milk dried on the turntable everyday for several days. It is disappointing and discourteous that some diners cannot use the tongs provided and prefer to use their fingers when helping themselves to food, putting the ice tongs in the actual bucket of ice instead of on the rim of the bucket at the pool bar. This is not hygienic. Also that shorts and inappropriate clothing is worn in the dining room on an evening by men and women. If your hotel set rules then they should be adhered to and policed. These type of people should maybe go to 3* hotels for their holidays. It is such a shame.

Superb Hotel
Just returned from a fantastic week at this superb hotel. The standard of service, the room, food, drink and cleanliness, from check-in to check-out was exemplary.
There is a laid-back atmosphere, plenty of sun beds with chill-out areas throughout to suit all. The evening entertainment was generally good, but I have to single out “The Dukes Band” a five-piece, whose performances of 70’s and 80’s rock and pop classics was of the highest professional standard.
The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area, just a short walk away from the shops & restaurants of Maspalomas and the Dunes. We booked a superior deluxe room with sea view and all inclusive, which was spacious and thought represented very good value for money.
We have no hesitation in recommending this superb hotel.
