Brilliant hotel and staff
We had another brilliant holiday in suites and villas by dunas , staff were amazing upon arrival . We were upgraded again to premier room , which was amazing , the new restaurant they opened in adults only was amazing , could not complain about à la carte menu, only thing was the lady Maria I think her name was was not as friendly as the other gentleman who we think we’re restaurant manager . Everytime we went in she never welcomed us , ignored us a few time and just kept talking to other waitresses . The bald head gent was amazing completely the opposite . We would highly recommend this hotel for couples , single people , and definitely families
Family holiday
Excellent facilities, rooms and service. Our room request was not available on arrival (near to the rest of the family), but we were given a great alternative and moved the following day to be close to our family.

Great place for a family holiday!
Great place for a family holiday! The splash zone is perfect for children. Food is very good. The only point of improvement is extra staff at the poolbar, so the line to get a drink will be shorter. Otherwise perfect!

Excellent place for vacation
Four of us stayed in a 2 bedrooms suite, which was very nice and spacious. The location was perfect inside the area of the hotel as it was close to the pool but not too close to others. The area of the hotel looks like a paradise, so we could spend all our time just there, especially as the staff is very friendly and there are animations, events all the time. We were however exploring the nearby beach and the island itself during our one week stay. The foods are very good, we enjoyed the dinners mostly as they were very varied.
